I've been researching a great many medicare supplement plans and have talked to some great people. The agent from Physicians Mutual would not answer any of my questions as other agents had done. He insisted on a meeting only review of plans. When I decided to go with another company, he became very billgerent and began to berate and bully me. I was becoming very upset with this person and finally just hung up the phone. I don't take kindly to being treated like a 5 year old. Not a pleasant experience.
