I have been with pearlsoft for over 2 years. No good Vendors and involved third party vendors for all contracts. No transparency between HR and Employees. Pros could be on time fixed salary but low and no expenses covered.

Paper work happens behind the scenes and not all documents are given as any US employer is supposed to.
