Worked for Patel for 2.5 years and joined client at the end.

This is a decent company, did everything promised in offer letter, and played everything by rules. They held a party at the owner's house every year and all employees are invited, where you have the chance to talk with other people and the management team. That was one chance that I asked people if there's anything I should be aware of, but as far as I can tell, nobody really had complaints.

When I told them I might get an offer from the end client, they congratulated me but also said I was welcome to stay if the offer didn't come through.

Even after I left Patel and joined the end client, John still brought me out for lunch once when he was around my current company.
