I have been working at Nuanza for over 4 years. Our management has been kind enough to understand consultant needs so that we focus on client work.
The resource managers are great and understand consultant skills. They actively pursue all avenues to place individuals. I am fortunate to have been placed in a long term project thanks to the efforts of my resource manager.
It been a fine experience so far and I expect it to continue.

One of the best IT consultancy company in USA. their internal staffs are highly qualified and very professional and value consultant's experience and listen to their issue and resolve them immediately.

The president is very awesome, He is down to earth, humble and really working for their employees and help consultant to live comfortably in USA.

My experience they are far better than Indian MNCs. They have excellent marketing team managed by very profesional marketing directors/managers, they have 100+ direct vendors all over USA.

I bet you, if you join them you will get 60% better salary than your current salary, if you have 2+ years real experience in USA.
