The above tables report the number of Labor Condition Applications(LCA) and Labor Certifications(LC) filed by Nion Company for H1B Visa and employment based Green Card. The data only indicates the number of applications filed by Nion Company. It does not mean that Nion Company actually got the visa and hired the workers.

Labor Condition Application(LCA) is different from Labor Certification(LC). LC is for employment based green card while LCA is for H1B visa.
