I have worked with NGTALENTTECH Flexible for a total of almost 2 years. The management team is truly invested in their employees growth and are open to suggestions on day to day operations, and helped me a lot on filing the h1b and it got approved. The environment is truly collaborative, relaxed and yet employees go over and beyond what is asked of them because they love what they do.

I would recommend Employer Flexible to anyone, especially new grads looking for a good opportunity.

Definitely, a trustworthy place to launch your career. People here are transparent and responsive throughout the process. Had a good marketing team and excellent in placements and support. Management makes sure all the candidates get maximum number of interviews from the moment you step in. Takes accountability from marketing, placement & has good client base. With good reputation and approval ratings, it is strongly recommended for international students.
