This is our third shipment with MTS Logistics / AHLERS from India. This company will fleece you. Stay Away! They are extremely incompetent as well. MTS is highly unethical, they nickel and dime you for every penny. They will take every chance to bill you for excess fee's even when it was never authorized. If you are considering using this company, just be aware that you're going to be paying a lot more than what they originally quoted you. And it doesn't matter that you have a specific price in writing, because they are in the drivers seat, they will refuse to release your shipment until you pay the higher amount and if you don't, that's when the storage fees begin. I would recommend using another shipping company, even if it's a little more money, because at the end of the day, it won't be.
