MRoads LLC was searching for a Hadoop/BigData Developer for one of its product development project. I came to know about the project and i had the same skill set . After a week or so after i applied , i got a call from their technical team for an interview.

After 3 rounds of interview , my candidature was finalised and got the offer. Soon after i got selected , MRoads has started my H1 application. I would say over all it was smooth process of filing H1 from their side as they have the best management and legal team.

Once the petition got selected and approved, I went to the visa interview. Interview process was also smooth.Got the visa and joined in the team. Overall the experience was very good and i would like to say thanks to the MRoads management team.
