See above review’s are deleted, No.1 blood sucker's don’t ever overwork for them without proper pay, they hire fake recruits/resumes on purpose for making ridiculous profits from end-clients and paying peanuts, Managers are sitting dumb like ducks in this company as if they are doing all work to suck your blood for their ridiculous pay and commissions from their preferred vendors.

I have been with this company from last 7 years. No issues at all. Some of my amazing experience are -
1. HR is quite accessible and always ready to help you.
2. Medical insurance is best in the work. Premium is reasonable and coverage is fantastic
3. Entire Immigration process like H1 extension, H1 transfer, GC processing. Everything is painless.
4. Higher mgmt is always ready and around to help you with your concerns.
5. Policies are employee friendly. I just had one concern. There is no paternity leaves.
6. They have some amazing clients

You can spend long years in this company without any issues.

This company fooled me, they used me to present before the client to get the project. and once it got the Project, they dint give me joining. They took all my documents, transferred my visa, but still did not give me joining. After 2 months of follow up they made some lame excuses. And then they did not share the Visa documents also. I was keep following up with them but still they did not give me that.

HR person Aneel Thirumalasetty is full of fraud. He will talk sweetly in beginning and then later on will start telling lies. After that he never pick up your call. For me it was like they fixed me in a tight spot. Its only your luck if you join this company and get a project. I resigned from my company and then this company ditched me by not giving me joining. Please be careful if you have any process going on with this company.

Personally I will not recommend any one to join this company or at-least start thinking of any openings with this company.

Pros-Good salary and benefits like mobile/laptop/medical compare to other Indian companies

Cons-
Appraisals are not good
GC only in EB3
Bench policy is not good

They started my GC in EB2
Bench policy is 5 weeks. No company give you more than this. I myself had to stay on the bench for 4 weeks. There was no concern from HR
