- Worst company exploiting people on H1B visa and labor department has to take action - - - 9/23/2023 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I worked for this company as a H1B contractor for one of their end clients project for 6 months. They used to make me work for 12 hours supporting both on shore and off shore freshers and spoon feeding them.

We were suppose to charge only 8 hours in timesheets and on top of it we were to take shifts supporting on weekends, nothing to be entered on timesheets for weekend support.

And the big twist here is for all the 6 months of approved timesheets by mind tree they didn’t released even a single payment to my employer. My employer followed up with them for 2 years and finally gave up on them.

The US department of Labor should investigate this company.
