I am working with this company as Project Manager/Business Analyst in New York, from last whole year, and I must say, having experience with many other consultancy, as far as i can say, they are the best. Especially when there are many pathetic consultancy out there, with no process in place.

Although, i was bit skeptical in the beginning to join them, as I didn't hear much about their brand name before talking to them. But, they are in this industry from last 10 years, and have many high and deep level projects and clients, across their board. Me and my team member are on multiple project with the same client (A big Media Giant in New York), from last one year and my plan is to continue with other projects for same client, probably couple of more years.

Please note, i have worked with Big consultancies such as IBM in past, and comparatively, they have all the essential HR, accounts, immigration, project marketing, training and operation process in place, and when it comes to approvals they are even swifter then IBM.

I would highly recommend MCS Global to anyone, who are interested to join new consultancy in east cost area.
