How come this is an MNC -

commentI am one of the victim of this worst company I have work with in my career. Management is very selfish people and they do not want to expand or develop the company, they just want to eat the money that's it. they suck your blood like Motor pumps but no salary, many people left the company because they didn't receive more than one year salary. Loyalty doesn't work with this company management. They got enough money in their pocket to live luxury life so they ignored all the employees. coming to Indian office management, there is director in India who travels from US very often, I don't know how he is become a director for that company, maybe he is strong relative to the management, there is not even one quality he has to become a professional. He is only the main reason for defame of Materials Software Systems Inc. He shows like he is developing the company but he is culprit for defame. One more lady in the US who is an admin for all accounts, she treats her employee like Maid in their house, when we ask for salary she reacts like we are stealing her money bag. now they are hiding from the people to whom they have to pay the salaries and hiding, why don't someone throw them from USA.

commentIf you do not mind not being paid, this is fine. Not a legitimate company in the US. Products include MyLawPro, another mess of a scam targeting immigration lawyers and squeezing money out of people they talk into selling it.

commentA big plus working with Materialsoft is it always work on new and latest technologies whether on AS400, JAVA, Dotnet and PHP etc. Any IT professional will love to work and have such exposure,I can see that their requirements are really good.

commentThis company has given opportunity to many like me in alien place. Wish that this crap appearing on this page, will not stop a wise person in selecting or joining this company. When most of all write words like "Ethics" they must think about what "ethics" they have in writing such illogical scathing words full of lies or momentary outbursts. In fact, such things might get effect to them and others who are working with them, to get settled in alien land. There are some things called sincerity, honesty and loyalty, I suggest to learn and apply these to better sustainability.

I am working from last 5 years with the company. it does a fair business. and it respect sincere and hardworking employees. Ex employees who have utilized an opportunity working with MSSI are today working with CMM level companies. This company has always given me an opportunity to learn and experience. I had a very good experience with this company.

commentReasonable is not right. You first go and ask each and evvry employee you'll have to think why you were writing good about this company. are you bribed. they didnt even give w2 till now and you say everyone is happy how can it be. they moved all money to motels and other businesses and started cheating employees dont know how their parents grew these guys who manage the company .they dont have ethiks all employees should report to irs and uscis and these stupids should be severely punished they wont even repent I guess as they cheated millions of employees money. in future they might sell employees kidneys, blood etc.

commentI agree with all the above reviews. Inspite of calling and emailing tons of times there will be no response. It's really scary to be an employee of Materials Soft and I am thinking of switching and I advice not to join this company.

This is a fraud consultancy.....don't understand how the consulate gave these many h1b's and only 1 reject so far....some one should file a case, in the coming days I guess I would file the case on this company for making my life hell and squeezing the life out of me.
