Tota body shop company. If you are a relative of the company owner or so called managers then you get the job without any interview. This is a Brother in laws, sister in laws company. Don’t waste your time with this company if you have any talent.
they discriminate if you are not from a specific part of India.
Their pay rates are quiet low but they charge good amount to client.
I was able to find what was client paying for me and what I was getting from the employer. The difference was way too much and upon asking them for pay raise they gave me the reason of company not making any profits so cannot increase salary.
Glad I left the company within 1 year of joining them.

Stay away from this company. They hardly have 4 or 5 people on their payroll and state themselves to be a major company. Their developers hardly have any experience in BI or MicroStrategy and they have tall claims about themselves. Their lead architect and cofounder has a major attitude issue and was thrown out of American Express. Their estimates are overblown , they try to get work from a company at lower rates and increase their price very tactically once they are in- with cheap inexperienced BI developers. The steal candidates from other companies. Stay away, they have ruined many projects.

My experience with M3BI has been a pleasant one. The employers are quite professional and upfront in giving information on time.The company has some of the smartest, motivated and hard working people I have come across in my career. M3BI has a decent list of big clients across the industry. Very glad to be a part of this company.

I highly recommend this to everyone.

I have been working with M3BI from past 3 years never had a problem with the employer. They have taken good care in terms of salary and benefits. They are specialized in implementing and providing solutions to the clients using Business Intelligence tools. And very dedicated and professional.
