commentI worked with the company in the past. My H1 process was smooth. All company policies were explained and questions were clarified.
On-boarding process was very good. Company even provided the stay. Helped in getting SSN and driving license.
Recruiters were knowledgeable and helpful.
I liked the idea that company was moving towards software product building.
Overall the experience was good.

commentThey will offer you job nicely and then will ask you to come for the training and have you sign contract. they will make you do all kinds of things fake resume and everything fake. if you don't do it. they will threaten you to sue.

Other than the monetary terms with LogicSoft, it is very comfortable to work here. Management is friendly and they take extra care of the employees. Their policies are outstanding and not at all complicated, pretty straight forward. I would happily recommend anybody to work with LogicSoft Inc. I got my GC from them.

commentI had worked with Logic Soft for more than 5 years and find it very ethical & outstanding company. I got a chance to work on variety of projects which really helped me growing my career as seasoned IT professional.
My engagement with them has given me the edge to compete in the tough economy with out any problem. The top management are very nice to build a relationships with both clients and consultants which has been a huge factor in their 14 Years of on going success. They always have been in touch with the candidates while they were in the project, their HR team use to call on weekly basis to make sure that we are not facing any problem at client side. They always go an extra mile to ensure that we are not having any problem & the assigned work is being completed or not. These all things bring a very different than other IT consulting companies in US.
Logic Soft always paid my salary on time, I can say that this is the company which is very dependable, ethical, and easy to work with. They understand the IT market and whole management are professional, & very ethical.
The manner in which they run the company makes me very comfortable & my highest recommendations are with them.

commentIts a very Good Consulting company....! Especially the Key members in the management were really good.
With nearly 5yrs in US consulting, At least a trust worthy company in the market that i have been. Every company in consulting is to make Profits and not for charity.....which a consultant never understands until he himself gets a Green Card and wants to have his own company...
I loved and enjoyed working every moment at LogicSoft USA, columbus,Ohio.. and happy post this message....!!!! i am sure other did as well...:)
