They provided good initial training from industry professionals which helped me in the job. Management is very professional, helped me whenever I reached out to them. commentI Completed my MS from Silicon Valley University, my present employer was not refuse to file my H1B. I asked Leo Projects to file my H1B and finally, they agreed to file with only lawyer fee for me and my friend. both are happy with Leo Projects Corporation. Now they are marketing both my resumes. Still we are with Leo Projects Corp. Thought of sharing my experience.

commentLinga Gunnapaneni is a 5 star fraud person who does not have a basic human ethics.
he processed my h1b and charged even for RFE and it is now denied. up on asking the reason , he gets angry and shouts on us. completely fake person.
when called multiple times he started to ignore the call and keep telling all excuses fake words saying that he is in hospital and his family is not well and will not even call back in his life time.

This company manager is one of the most horrible person you would ever imagine to deal with. If u want to play hide & seek and never be found please feel free to reach out to them for applying ur H1B with this company.
If u ever are feeling that u have excess money and leisure in ur life and do not know what to do with it. Do not hesitate to reach out to leo projects. They will help SCAM your time and money as they will never pay back.
LEO people are very good story tellers, U can take help of these guys if u are falling short of ideas to write stories in your life. I am sure u would be surprised the way they tell u stories when u call to ask progress or to pay back ur money.
I will tell u few stories which are my personal experience -
1. I am actually short of money, i had to receive from other parties and once i get them. I will transfer tomorrow.
2. I have problems which u would not be ready to listen but please wait for 100 Years i should be able to pay u back after u are dead.
3. No other consultancy is giving money to any applicant why are u back of me. He would try to fool u saying Wait until December which is when the consultancies start to pay off.
4. Tell me ur address and i will courier check to u tomorrow. If u ask for a tracking number he would say it is couriered in local post with no tracking number.
5. After one week, He would then agree to send a Fedex and still u would never be able to trade with him to give u a tracking number.
6. Fedex will never come. Next excuse is online transfer. Now after u try to hit him hard, he would have an another excuse to say i have no money in my account and i should be receiving soon.
7. After a week, did i say i will pay to bank in US! I will pay to India account and here comes his Brother. He will easily escape for 2 more months tricking u with IST/USA time zones. I am sure u would be lost in conversation by then.

this guy was refereed to me by my friend. i was told a fee of 5200$ and return of 2700$ .
my h1b did not pick . i kept on asking him from 4 months.every time he says a story.
story 1: my brother will deposit u in one hr or one day. that one hr and one day 's are more that 4 months till now. not even a single penny.
story 2: i invested the money some where , returns are slow. i wonder how can a person use others money to make business investments. son of a cunt.
story 3: i have to pay to all lawyers in the middle and give u final payment. for not picking how can he pay lawyers of people and client guys.
story 4: best of all stories.. i never took a penny from you all invested in the application will give u back when i get. i know that money wont be deducted for employers with out picking. how would he say this story to a unpicked applicant.
i was working on my project, by hearing his ice cream words intentionally thought of leaving my employer and transferring to this stray dog.thank god he showed his color in 4 months.
i dont have any words to say for these kind of hound dogs.
they suck your money like flesh. more over he uses the word , why are you sucking me and pulling my flesh and torturing me. worst thing is he has to pay me and i am being irritating him from last 4 months.

I wanted to share my experience , my friends experience with this Fraud Reddy.
First of all like said by others he dont have proper knowledge on H1b visa.
secondly i want to share my experience first.
i am from India who is Java developer with 12 years exp. he charged me 5500$ and promised if not picked shall return back 3500 $.
by gods grace my h1b picked and i am happy and as usaual RFE.
He told he will reply soon. he kept on saying for 3 months the same story i am talking with lawyer and will reply soon.
suddenly on oct 29 i saw my status as application withdrawn.
he did not pick my call and later yesterday he says he has some bad enquiry on the company that uscis came to their home and reviewed all.
and since he withdraw i asked him to pay back my remaining money. he is not answering.
last i would like to share my friend exp who has applied with him same amount and did not got picked. he was following up with him for that 3500$ return from july. till now he did not get a single rupee.
up on asking strongly he uses abusing words and bad words and say i WONT PAY . GO AND TELL TO YOUR GRAND FATHER OR DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT . Get lost. this is october end and no sign of his money.
we know we should not pay employer , they told that this is security deposit and will return on approval.
howver there is no security for any money paid to this.
during the process of application he talks like a sweet person. after paying one rupee also wont return.

I want to share one of my personal experience here so it can help at least some people who spare some time to go through the reviews before approaching such organizations.
Leo projects had filed my H1B visa petition and the employees of LEO doesnt have better knowledge on what they are doing. I am not asking anyone to stop trust this organization as it is your personal opinion but i wanted to share my two cents here, i would never ever trust this organization in my lifetime.
I would also like to mention here that employee's working in this org for Immigration process doesn't share clear progress on the petitions they filed. As per the original commitment, if the petition is rejected by USCIS, they have to share the rejection letter , email from USCIS and refund the agreed amount of USD. In my personal case and also couple people who applied through LEO projects, have never received the rejection letter nor the status of their petition nor the email or phone communication and refund for their petition even as of today 09/16/2017. All the petitions should already have gone through the lottery by end of May or At the maximum by Second week of June.
I personally had to receive 3000 USD from Leo Projects as committed once the petition is rejected. I have been following up with the organization owner and they have not given me even one dollar till date. Today when i try to call them, they are not answering the call anymore. This has happened to me and couple other people that i know and could happen even with anyone in future.
Hope this review is helpful and would atleast be helpfull in your decision for visa processing through any organization.
