I was lucky to not to have filed through them. I call this person and ask him the formalities against my spouse's H4 to H1 conversion and he keeps telling me that "he would evaluate the resume and let me know the next day" like for almost 2 weeks and finally stops taking my calls and replying to my texts.

Beware of such consultants.
