commentThe worst and horrible company to work with. they dont communicate anything with employee clear way and there wont be any email communications and they play very tricky in communication on phone calls.
I am not taking this personal and giving this feedback. Please never ever choose JRD systems as your employer if you are really looking for your career

commentI am based in Texas and had an opportunity to work for JRD 4 month gig. It was great working with the staff and we did manage to deliver the app to the client on time and received a nice fat bonus. Over all experience was good. I was working remotely so did not have a pleasure of meeting the folks in person.
I would recommend the company to friends.

commentI worked for this company from 2007 to 2011 as a programmer. Got my immigration done by JRD. I can tell you this with 100% sincerity that I was treated well and was paid on time for 4 years I stayed with this company...The only reason I left was because I got a direct offer from the client I used to work for via JRD. They actually encouraged me to take up that position...I was not willing since my paper work is being done so did not want to move. Everything worked out and I am happy. I still keep in touch with old folks at JRD. Nice company. HR could be a little bit better...

commentKumar or whatever your real name is (Did not find anyone by that name in our employee list - previous or current) sorry things did not work out for you as you expected. However I don't find your review honest enough hence this response. Better late than never.
We don't "market people" as you claimed in your review. We hire IT folks as Consultants or Employees depends on his or her choice to execute projects that are assigned to us at our various client locations. We have excellent working relationship with our previous and existing clients and strive to excel in our commitments to them. I strongly believe the statement I made because our clients do come back again and again to ask for our recommendations, suggestions and assistance to supplement or in most of the cases hire IT workforce to supplement their existing IT staff as direct vendor. We have to be honest and stringent in our selection process to help them meet that goal.
We don't understand what gave you the impression that we are just a body shopping/placement company. Since we are not we really don't have any marketing strategy. Let us know (anonymously of course) if there was any miscommunication from our end indicating that and we will try to fix it.
We wish you good luck in your current and future career goals.
PS - Make it a habit of using spellcheck and recheck your work before you post comments, building or updating your resume. I can tell you for my past experiences prospective employers just hate it when they see a resume with spelling & grammatical mistakes.
"Worrest" - Worst
"very less apyments" - Did you mean to convey that JRD offers below market rates?
In that case I strongly recommend that you visit DOL Wage and Hour Division Website as suggested by myvisajobs.com to find out what the prevailing wage is for your skill set.
"Once project is finished they will send it back to India." - We really don't understand what you meant by this? The project code, documents and any/everything related to project we execute is the clients intellectual property. We cannot keep it, share or send it.
