A Good review by Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. -

commentSo far Job2Career has helped bring seven nurses to both Children's at Egleston and Children's at Scottish Rite. They are expected to bring even more nurses to Children's in 2007. The Children's Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) has hired four of the Indian nurses currently at the not-for-profit pediatric healthcare system, and believes the program has added dedicated nurses who are extraordinarily caring to their patients.
"The Job2Career program is appealing to the leaders of the Children's Sibley Heart Center ," said Marcia Bryant, director of cardiovascular services at Children's. "In an effort to combat the nursing shortage, we have been able to bring several Indian nurses to our critical care unit. Our staff has been immensely involved in every aspect of our international nurse transition."
Sindhu Chacko, a Children's CICU nurse who came to the United States through the Job2Career program, has been very satisfied with her experience. She relocated to Atlanta with her husband and their 11-month-old child. According to Chacko, the best part about Job2Career is that they provide much more than just job placement to their nurses, including: job assistance for spouses, school placement for children and housing arrangements. These are just a few examples of how Job2Career makes the transition as easy as possible for the entire family.
"Job2Career helped our family find a nice place to live within short walking distance from the hospital," said Chacko, who received extensive clinical education to orient her to working in the CICU. "The open line of communication between the nurses and physicians at Children's is quite remarkable. Everyone works together as a team. It's not like that in India, and I've found it to be quite rewarding."
Prior to Chacko's relocation, she had never even visited the United States. However, she felt confident enough in what she had read and heard about the program to move her entire family, and work towards building a new and better life. In India, Chacko was earning just $1,500 per year as a nurse. She believes this move will dramatically change her family's overall quality of life.
"Job2Career works tirelessly to ensure our unique staffing solution is rewarding for both our client facilities and our international nurses," said JoLeigh Payne, Vice President, Client Development at Job2Career. "From the personalized service provided by our experienced corporate staff, to the high quality of our nurses, we strive to deliver cost-effective and permanent solutions to our clients' staffing challenges."
While Children's invests extra time and energy to orient the Indian nurses to the Children's culture and environment; senior leadership feels strongly that the training is worthwhile given the commitment and value that they bring to the organization.

commentIt is a good company. The service was very good. They have delivered what they have promised back in India. The process is very transparent. Overall I am happy to have come to America on a greed card along with my husband who is not very educated and with 3 children. Job2career took up my case and filed for me inspite of these adverse situations.

commentits a horrible agency try to find another one , initially they agree with good terms and condition after bringing candidates to u.s they wont follow initially agreed coditions and wont pay as they agreed and deduct salary in number of ways puting candidate in hardship and give health insurance with high deductible which would be like 25000$ out of pocket because agency is paying only a few bucks for insurance thats for name sake they are giving health insurance to candidates. dont believe their sweet wordings they will put u in trap , hide all things from you, it is the worst agency
