I had very Bad exp with this company,
I attended US consulate in Singapore and they asked me submit the company details twice, id did but some how they did not gave VISA to me , when i check with insigma initially they email and called
after a while they did not even update me and follow up the case. cant be trusted these guys ,be careful when you going with this company,

This is small company and they are runing the company for namesake. They don't value the employee and bother to pay based on their experience. They stop giving payslips if they think you are leaving the company and play with your future. They are just paying 60K even for 10+ guy. managment ppl are like mosquitoes, want to suck max out of you.

Never ever process visa through these comapnies.

Its a growing company. I am paid what was promised & got all benefits as promised. Good in giving increments and bonus based on performance. Helping HR and Finance department. Getting salary on time always.

Fraud!! Cheater!!... Guys Beware of this company. They won't pay you any balance salary amount held with them if you are leaving the company.
No minimum eithics. They wont pick your call nor reply to your mails.
The Owner and his wife runs the company with 1 marketing guy (works from india). Dont even ever think of joining them.
      - 8/5/2015 - I agree with you, Husband and wife are cheating people by bringing from india with all expenses paid by employees. They want to enjoy with the profit. BTW they dont have any direct client and the recruiters from the india are cheating by giving the false commitments - flag
