Not trustworthy .. don’t sign their PEA unless you have read each and every line best don’t agree to work on their project, if some recruiter calls you, best I can advice you is pass it on. You will save a lot of time and money.

They are a never ending financial exhaustion, job offers with no date of joining and whole team - HR, marketing guy and yes lawyers all sitting in india can gaslight you and waste your time and money on an offer which will never start and hence you will never earn a single dollar but will be hung on the papers they have signed with you.

So don’t start with them .. don’t sign up for anything with them.

The worst place to work at. Even horrible experience to handle with the nontechnical staff working at this company. These people don't understand basic ethics. Have you guys ever heard about email acknowledgments? Please hire trained Human resource/PR teams who know how to be social with the rest of the world.

Innova solutions is a worst place to work. They make false promises regarding immigration documents just to make candidates join the project. Later they never respond to emails, calls. Innova Consulting services is one that can ruin your immigration status. I would never recommend anyone to join this company. Never pays on time, have to keep on requesting them to get paid.

Hello

I'm not sure of others but I was an employee of Innova solutions for
more than 2years so I did not face any major issues with the employer except they respond late to our queries.
They have a good attorney to resolve the H1b issues.

I would recommend this to anyone based on my tenure with Clairvoyant/Innova solutions.

BEWARE FRAUDSTERS run this company.
BEWARE fraudsters s run this company.
Innova Solutons will ruin your career, NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. NEVER TRUST AHO BILAM, KARTHIK LEELASANKAR and Umadevi Ramachandran. Before joining they will tell Yes to everything but after joining they will show their true color.
The only thing they care is money.
BEWARE they will not pay you salary on time.
They will give you run around for everything.
They will not respond to your emails or calls after you join them but they will definitely send you a reminder to send TIMESHEET so that they can receive money from the client.

They are in very bad light of USCIS , never ever trust Innova solutions. Many complaints have been sent to USCIS and DOL against Innova solutions. So never dream that your H1B or Green card will be approved via this company.

Lastly this company will throw you out as soon as project finishes, they don't even have the reserve to pay you for one extra day on Bench. This is very risky for H1B folks . Never ever trust this company. INNOVA SOLUTIONS iS RUN BY FRAUDSTERS, BEWARE!!!

Please careful with these cheaters . They are in financial trouble and not paying vendors in the market . THere is a guy his name is Ahobilam he is the most culprit . He is not paying vendors .
