I've been working with this company since their inception..I have my GC being processed through them as well. They are pretty staright forward in their transactions with the employees, clients etc. Quite stable and understanding team in the US so they don't let you panic like even when the market was bad in 08-09. On the whole a employee friendly firm..but i agree with the post before they need to improve their presence in the south west being focussed on development technologies.

It was good working with them..They had decent clienetele with demand and the efforts behind solution offering to clients has increased..I have converted to full time after 2 years with them, client hired me and now they also work for my client..they can do more to improve on the west coast..
