If you are experienced & your skills are niche in market, this is best company to work with as they have many clients & you can crack their client interviews to be on job.
Immigration processes & GC filing are quick without much delay.

They file you H1b with terms and condition. They don't have any clients to deploy candidate and you will be on bench and need to find client by your own. If you want to leave the company they ask money which they have paid while you were on bench. Which is nightmare and you wont able to do anything. They also have some term and condition while signing offer letter.

Please don't join this Desi company for your US dream it will be a worst decision once you join them and you are on bench.
