commentSo this company keeps interviewing candidates for months. I have wasted 3 months of my time entertaining these unprofessional/unethical employees. I had applied for job in month of July and the confirmation was given in September after. Few assessment tests, interview calls and discussions. The head or recruitment scheduled interview thrice and never turned up to take interview finally after constant follow up she randomly calls without giving prior notice. Then comes the paper work.I have submitted all the required document along with official email I'd of my previous employer ( which they verified)the Sr HR Recruiter has no concern to respond unless you call and remind her for next step. She has continuously asking for various documents every time I approached her. Not at all focused on her job. Before this incident took me this level where I had to put review on what happened so no other job seeker fall prey to them. We are actively looking for jobs in this pandemic and these people are playing with our hope. They give any random reason for not responding ( only if u are following up.
conditions-
U need to have 90% attendance
U have to have 8 gb ram laptop(install some software to track your activities and micromanage your each and every minute) if you don't have 8 gm ram u need to upgrade on your own cost/risk( as there will be no job security)
In case they found you talking or asking candidate to update the resume with worked but not mentioned on resume skill sets. U will be answerable to the quality team.
U won't get any internet reimbursement.
U have to be on time to work if u are late for 5 mins late thrice , third time you will be marked half day off.
If there is any electricity issue for more than 20-30 mins they mark as LOP.U have to extend the shift(2-3 hours) as working from home will be saving your travel time to office the joining process is even worse than the interview process it's truly an nightmare
