if you work for him you always end up in court. his contract rules are full of violation of rules. he will not pay in time, give hard time in processing your visa and green card. worst employer in health industry.

he is one of the worst employer you can work for, you get the feeling of working in some middle east when you work for him. he is one of the idiot he make his own rules. I am still surprise how such people can exist in USA.
he is from Iran and he feel and make his rules as he lives and rules Iran. one you agree employment agreement with him then he will start playing his rules, threating to deport out of country as many employees are visa holders. he got hundred of cases filed against him in bloomsburg court.
