1 - Your job starts with a lie that we are building some awesome products following industry best standards but when you will actually go through any existing application, the best resembles of code is a battlefield with a graveyard. The SOLID principle is buried very deep, design patterns are hanged to death, a lot of extra useless code and comments in production applications, and look like there is some ugly midget witch with open hair and mole on the face is yelling crazily, do not fix, disrespect, disrespect.

2 - Technical management is disrespectful and rude to other employees especially with non-immigrant statuses. They force them to work long hours and on the weekend and also expect others to follow their footsteps.

3 - The company has offshore offices with a different name where they outsource the project and even not shy to send federal projects that they are not supposed to. They also force an offshore team to work long hours and finish the projects early that result in the same quality products I stated in point 1.

4 - The management doesn't value any suggestion or criticism, in fact, they take it personally, spy on you with the help of their faithful employee, and put the false allegation to demoralize you. That shows their technical incompetence and narrow mind.

5 - I didn't see any project going smoothly with a happy client. Due to bad quality code, all projects are delayed with mostly angry clients that force the employees to work long hours. The federal client should do a strict audit who is developing/fixing the code because they are informed wrong in daily SCRUM meetings.
