Ideaon, it's top management, admin staff are all great to work with. They are very transparent. Throughout my 5 + years of tenure, I have had no issues. I guess, a great advantage is they being small and nimble. Highly recommend them!

I think I got lucky. I have heard horror stories about other companies..

This company has treated me well. They have kept their word. The salary comes on time. The owners are accessible and respect my views and requests.I like their policies. The H1 ext. and rfe was filed on time...their lawyers answered all my questions.

I think they have good recruiters. I have got my projects quickly. So I cannot complain.
