He is the worst employer that I ever worked with. He owes me and many of his employees a lot of money. He never pays the salary on time. Forget about visa sponsorships. Please refrain from working with this employer at any cost. Please email me for any proofs regarding this.

Hi,
This is the Horrible Consultancy.They never pay your Salary last month salary .I inquired lot of candidates from this consultancy,their salaries are being hold for 2 months.All lost atleast last one month pay.We are calling and sending emails ,but no response yet.Until you join in consultancy everything looks smooth.but once you joined you will be marketed in different technology in which you got trained.Lot of my colleagues left this consultancy because of not finding jobs. Even i got a mails from Vendors saying "We are not recruiting candidates from Idea tech Solutions".So I won't recommend this consultancy.Before joining,just think if you worked hard and spent your money for room,car and finally consultancy won't pay your salary.because this happens .

Supplies lot of fake candidates
Gives training in one technology and applies to job in a different one.
And when it comes to paying your salary, never gives your last month salary.
You have to Pay for H1B.
Stupid company. Do not even recommend to others.
