Lots of questions on the internet about Prateek Gattani's net worth. Yes, there are some wikis, but this isn't going to be relevant to your experience at the company. The recruiters I’ve worked with at IDC are all very skilled at what they do. I really appreciate the fact that I get to make a lot of valuable connections on each one of my assignments and I haven't had any issues with the middle managers. And these people, the recruiters and managers, are the ones that will be relevant to your work experience.

I submitted many forms and my resume in search of a job. I finally received a job offer from the company IDC. I haven’t accepted any project yet, but I am very glad to apply for this company. About a year ago at college when our academic sessions were about to end, IDC technologies ran a recruitment drive and cherry picked 25 candidates to work on their latest project for a high tech company. After we were selected, we went to their offices to train and enhance our skills. After a few while, we got selected on permanent basis and now we have handsome salary packages.

Carl Stephen - IDC recruiter - offered me a job for Wipro and on the 12th of February, a phone interview was setup with Wipro to take place by 1pm.

I received a call before 1pm notifying me that the interview had been rescheduled to 2pm.

In the next hour, Mr. Stephen called again and informed me that the time had been shifted to 3pm again.

After all this, I got a little bit skeptical but then, there were frequent updates from both Wipro and IDC. I sent an email to Carl and he was deeply apologetic for the continuous rescheduling of the interview. At exactly 3pm, the interview was carried out.

I have to admit, dealing with companies from India has NOT always been a good experience for me. I was really surprised, however, because everyone I contacted actually cared.

With over 2 decades experience in the engineering field, I can confidently say this is the best time to find work abroad.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH IDC.

I am looking for a new job and so I submitted my resume to IDC. Since then I have started receiving job openings from them which are related to my skill set. All the companies are offering great price and I am really overwhelmed with the response. Mujhe bahut khushi ho rahi hai.

However, I have attended quite few interviews and I am yet to decide on which company I shall choose as my next. But the offers I am receiving are really impressive. I am looking forward for such more offers and I shall decide soon on which company I shall join next.

The IDC Technologies CEO Prateek Gattani directly hired me and let me say that if you can't produce you will NOT stay afloat here. The internal evaluation system rewards those that perform - if you can't perform you are unlikely to stick around. My income is directly related to effort.

If you are a contractor you also NEED to submit proper bank account information, documents, etc. Most of the negative reviews on here complaining about salary/delayed payments are coming from those that don't submit the right documents or decide to "fudge" things and end up complaining when there are delays. Nobody on my team has had such delays, but ALL proper documentation was submitted.

My biggest recommendation would be to have more training courses for those that are performing well, this will only further increase their output. And try to offer more options for project switching once placed on the client side.

I completed a short-term contract with IDC Technologies through another client, which paid IDC Technologies within 3 weeks into the contract. Unlike some other agents, I have worked with before, IDC paid me my full payment the following week.

Throughout my contractual period, IDC Technologies always kept in touch through e-mails and phone calls, and my contract went on smoothly with them.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IDC Technologies, they are reputable and can be trusted.

Finding a job without a staffing company can be a waste of your time because you will not get relevant information and/or leads. Therefore, submitting your resume to a staffing company and letting them handle your job seeking is usually a better choice. As I was submitting my resume to IDC when I really needed a job, there were so many job offers that were quite relevant to my experience and background. At first, I was feeling confused to choose one, but I eventually got a solid offer. Besides, after I submitted my resume to IDC, I did not get too many emails about new job openings because they only sent me relevant jobs that I was really looking for. That was my big day because I could choose a job that I really loved. I did not need to waste my time to find a job by my own because IDC was really helpful and effective. Thanks IDC!

When I pursued one such, they scheduled a telephone screen for which nobody had the decency to call me (without any kind of prior notice).

Actually, they scheduled several calls afterwards without anyone calling me at the agreed time.

Do not deal with this "company" -- they will waste your time.

I was confused to find a job for me and I tried to find the best job alone, but I did not get it at all. Until finally, I found IDC and submitted my resume to get a proper job. I was waiting for some email from IDC whether there was the best job for me. Well, I got one job after all. I decided to leave IDC and I enrolled the offers and this was a job that I really wanted to get. Now, I have been working in the company I have enrolled for several months. Luckily, my final paycheck was satisfaction and I get my bonus on time. I would like to say thanks to IDC because they have shown me a way to find my favorite job despite I did not stay for a longer time in IDC. It is undeniable that IDC was really helping me despite the job that I expected was really difficult to look for. IDC was inspiring me about how to find my favorite job fast without feeling confused. IDC Technologies is the worst company ever in USA. They were blacklisted by TCS as soon as I joined project under them. I was hired through IDC Technologies after my graduation, so I had no idea about the companies and consultants. They were very sweet before hiring me until I crack the interview with TCS and client. I was offered a contract by client and then it all started.
In the very first week itself they screwed up. They couldn't create my ID and I was asked to stop going to work. I mean who this so unprofessional. Then I wasn't paid for 1 month as they again screwed up setting my direct deposit account. They knew I was fresh graduate and would require sponsorship in near future. Upon hiring they were like we will file H1B for you and all. When the time came they started ignoring emails, phone calls, text messages; everything. I hadn't had any luck to get in touch for almost 3 months (November, December, January). Later they came with "FAKE" answer i.e. my pay is not sufficient to file H1B visa. Being a recent graduate I wasn't aware of these pay rules by work locations. But later after visiting flcdatacenter I came to know my pay was well above the required pay to file H1B visa. So basically, these people are big time liars. They ruined my H1b attempt. Advise to fresh graduates, take everything in writing and never thrust them on visa or pay.

Although it's the biggest vendor for TCS, I was initially hesitant to accept a full time position within IDC. I am pleased to say that it is the best company for new opportunities. I am excited to work with them. I am happy that their pay is always on time and the head staff is always available to solve all my troubles. I was hired by IDC as a sub-contractor. I was given the project according to my experience and skills. I enjoyed working in that project with many skilled workers and got the chance to learn a lot from them. The project was new for me with a vendor and very competitive. I am extremely satisfied to work with IDC. The company that hired me had a sudden tragedy and had a budget cut in the start of the project. The hirer had to reduce the pay that we actually had a deal on. I was very worried and disheartened with the project as I was in need of money and this was my only source to earn. IDC came in between and assured me to pay me a bonus if my work was good. At the end of the project they paid me the salary on time and compensated for my loss with a huge bonus. They also got me a good paying contract the next time. I am thankful to IDC and the staff for their work.

The worst company I have ever seen in my life these guys are non professionals. Management staff is so rude. They will never pick your call or they will never call you back, even they will never reply your email as well, every one put your problem on your shoulder, They will never try to solve your problem. Some time they stop paying you and tell you that your some timesheet are missing. They missed my 35 hours, one whole week. Can you imagine? I am still fighting for those hours but they didn't pay me yet.

I strongly recommend you to NOT TO JOIN IDC TECHNOLOGIES INC.

If you have a good skill(even very little bit) believe me you will get a very good job with very good company. but with IDC TECHNOLOGIES INC you will wast your time, money, respect.

I was excited when I received a message from IDC regarding a new contract which I had to go down to a different location to go work. The message stated a nice offer, with a mouth-watering salary, new position, and other benefits. Despite the fact that the position is in a new location which demands I relocate to a new location for the job yet I was excited. I had put in all the works to make relocating a success and on getting to the company, I was informed that the contract has been terminated and canceled. I was frustrated and highly disappointed about this news. All my hopes on the new role, salary, and other incentives were shattered. I enquired to know why this had happened and was informed that due to some internal issues in the company, they are unable to enter into the contract when I was supposed to start work immediately.

I am a contractor from IDC, I worked as a temporary contractor for Apple California; I love my agency. So happy I work with IDC. There are many compelling factors working with IDC. The way and manner IDC handles their contractor is great. There was no hassle from the company; the swift way they follow up on their contractors, taking their time to answer all the questions and my concerns I had along the way on time was fantastic. After I began my assignment IDC still contacted me as a good customer relationship that they are, to ask me and make sure everything was going smoothly, to monitor and assist me with my payroll and deposits. The rate at which they pay for the project was competitive and their payment plan is great. They pay in a timely fashion giving no room for a frowning face when it comes to receiving payments for jobs done. Their compensation plans are very competitive. I was frustrated when the non-local company I was hired by through IDC cancelled the contract. The project I was supposed to work on had its funding cut down. My relocation process was nearly done and now I had no job and money. But IDC is a fast service company. The staff listened to my concerns and immediately placed me in a new company with new position and project. The pay and working hours were same as the company before and the staff was responsive. I am completely satisfied with IDC and its services. They have never disappointed me in anyway and answered my questions on time.

My first job was at Apple in the finance department, now they have transferred me to another company on different projects. At the time of transfer, they increased my salary further,supported me completely and bore all the cost of job relocation. Now I am in one of the reputed organizations and feel that it would also increase my experience and help me to learn my new things. They do not harass or blackmail any of the employees in the name of the contract which an employee signs with them before hiring. They detail all the employees politely and prefer not to let them leave the job. So basically, it is the perfect HR organization who finds the job with perfect salary as per your skills and qualification.
When you join the IDC, you will never feel like to leave it because they provide everything one can expect from a private company without any efforts. My experience with IDC Company is very good and at the time of job relocation, I had to stay at home around two weeks and they bear all my expenses and support me completely. It is such a great company for working long time.

I am Ravi and a third party contractor of the IDC Recruitment Company. I was jobless for around 6 months and was searching a job that meets my qualification. One day I saw the advertisement of the IDC recruitment company who as offering a job of accountant. I am professional accountant and have completed the MBA in finance. Even I have done jobs in different companies, but I wanted to join some big companies where I can flourish my skills more and become able to handle top management jobs. The IDC recruitment company called me for an interview, it was a very humble person who took my interview and he only asked the related questions in my field.
However, I was finalized by the IDC Company for that particular designation. They offer me a smart salary,however, it was the contract based job for two years. The staffs of the company is very cooperative and it seems that this job was made only for me.
The work was a little bit difficult as per my old experience, but I manage to handle the work with the help of my cooperative staff. My company seniors are remarkable; they all appreciated me and allow me to work freely. The best thing about this company is that, you work freely no one interferes with your work and allows you to handle the project single handedly. It has completed several projects in this organization and learned many new things.
As I have mentioned that it was my 2 year contract now, I have to join another company and this job is also offered by the IDC to me. Before the last company I worked with T-mobile as well and that job was also offered by the IDC. They are one of the best recruitment companies and I suggest the people to apply here for a good designation job. The salary you get on time, there is not delay in payment and they support in the crisis. If you have any problem the organization where they have sent you, you can solve the problem by discuses it with IDC. It is recommend Recruitment Company from my side.

I started working for Wipro in 2001. Thanks to IDC, I got the job. Wipro is a service-based company, which offers its services to other major firms of the world. I am a Computer Science graduate and I was more than happy to join as Wipro as a software engineer. For a fresher, I must say, Wipro is a place where you get to learn a lot of things. Not only it exposed me to the real professional world, but also the things that I learnt there helped me to get higher paying job offers from many bigger companies. I worked at Wipro for almost 5 years and that was a very challenging part of my life.

After I joined Wipro, I had a training for 6 months, which was basically aimed to bridge the gap between student and professional life. I got my first project as Software Testing profile. I was disappointed at first, but as I worked hard to complete the project, I realized that this might be the chance to maintain my versatility. However, I was promoted as a Software Developer after one year and made Team Lead after 2 years.

We were assigned pretty straightforward projects with certain deadlines, which is why we don’t see ‘Office politics’ at Wipro. We were competitive, but in a quite positive and professional way. The pay, which we received, was a bit less, considering the amount of work that we had to do. But, I assume every fresher has to undergo this phase in order to ensure a tight learning period. However our pay was always on time and we did not have to go through too much stress regarding that.

I left Wipro in 2007 and have been working at Sprinklr since then. But, one thing that must admit is that; In spite of having hundreds of thousands of employees working for the company, Wipro manages to look for everyone’s interests. Being a large multinational company it receives a large number of projects, which ensures that none of its employees are ‘benched’ for any part of their tenure. After all, we are all here to learn and contribute to the company.

I have been a contractor for IDC for a long time. IDC has always helped me in solving all my problems about any project. I was scared when the non-local company I was hired by had to relocate. It was a sudden decision and I was worried about all the cost for relocation. But IDC paid all my expenses. It helped me in relocating and I was on time to start my project. When I learned that the contract that IDC had gotten me was cancelled due to changes in the company’s infrastructure I thought that I had made a terrible decision going with IDC even though so many people had recommended the company to me. I found out quickly that I hadn’t made a mistake because IDC did such a wonderful job taking care of it and getting me a new project much faster than I ever thought would be possible. None of the issues were IDC’s fault, they were all because of the other company, and now I’m happy again and planning to keep working with them.

I was placed at Verizon in 2001 in Atlantic City. I had left my previous job and tendered my resignation at YMedia. Just a week before my joining date, I was informed by the HR at Verizon that due to some complications, my offer from the company was terminated. I must say that I didn’t see that coming. Verizon is a pretty decent company I had not expected such behavior from their end. Not that it was IDC’s fault but I was quite frustrated, as I could not even go to my old job. Since I had already moved to Atlantic City, I was left desolate but later started searching for jobs there only.

Within a week, I got a call from IDC explaining about the whole situation about why my offer at Verizon got terminated and also I was offered a solution from IDC regarding my current condition. Due to some losses incurred in the last Financial Year, Verizon started cutting jobs and had freezed its recruitment process until the situation got better. I, happened to have registered with IDC, got an interview, by dint of which I got the job. Due to the losses incurred, Verizon was restructuring its every department and apparently I couldn’t have fit. This was quite an irresponsible behavior from Verizon, which really left me jobless. Nevertheless, I was informed about a new position at TATA in Atlantic City only. Not only that, I was also paid for all the relocation expenses when I moved to the Atlantic City. This was a really nice gesture from IDC, which not only gave me a new hope but made up for some other guy’s fault.

A couple of weeks later, I was interviewed and I managed to get the job at TATA. I joined a week later and still work there only. It has been 15 years and I still thank IDC for giving me that chance and making me stand where I do now. TATA is an amazing place to work at which takes care of its employees in a substantial way. I get paid on time and my pay is above the industry standards, as well.

Google is one of the best places where anyone can work at. Being the leader of the search engines available on the internet, Google offers pretty much everything an employee can ask for. Now that it has started diversifying from making phones to computer Operating Systems, the chances of an individual to finally make his dream of working at Google can actually be fulfilled.

I happen to be a Product Manager working at Google for the past 8 years. And I must admit, this would not have been possible had I not registered myself with IDC at the first place. I am an MBA from the University of Michigan and was previously working in CitiBank in New York. I worked at CitiBank for almost 4 years and decided to try my luck to work at Google. I was interviewed and finally got the job at Google in Washington. It was not really a problem for me. I was ready to relocate myself to any part of the country as long as I was given a job at Google. But what turned out to be a great turn is the help offered by IDC in every process of my relocation. I was not only paid for all the moving expenses but also helped in every other way by IDC. And I couldn’t be more thankful to them for this.

I joined Google in December in 2008 and started to feel that this might be just the best decision I have made in my entire life. I absolutely loved the work environment. There was an air of positivity in the Google compound and I could clearly sense it. After all, there is a reason it rules the Internet. For Google, the satiation of its employees means everything. I was assigned my first project and I kicked with excitement. I get to work with a lot of intelligent minds that make valuable contributions to the company.

IDC does a pretty commendable job in handling our salaries. I get paid on time and there haven’t been any problems regarding the payment so far. Eight years have passed by and I still work at Google with the same energy as if it’s my first day.

I started working at T-Mobile in 2011 after IDC somehow managed to arrange an interview for me. I previously worked at HP, but I did not quite like it there. The job was not up to my expectations. But as I heard about IDC, I rolled up my sleeves and signed up for it. I am from Cincinnati, Ohio and after joining T-Mobile, I was asked to move to New York. I had no problem with moving to New York but I had to join within 2 weeks so that was a bit difficult.

Anyway, I somehow planned to move to New York and decided to join T-Mobile. After I moved in to New York, I was contacted by IDC to be told that they would be covering the entire expenses. I was like, WOW! Sure! So, I joined on time and started off my journey with T-Mobile. I absolutely loved the work environment there. I joined as a Product Manager there and was given my own office. My salary was quite flattering and that’s how I was welcomed on board. The Manager, at the time, was a quite charismatic person. We were kept inspired to give our best to the company. I had a team of six associates working under me and that’s how my first project started. For a first project, it went pretty well and we celebrated quite well for it. There have been absolutely no complications whatsoever, regarding my salary, till date. Being a part of IDC, I would say that I really appreciate the efforts put by the IDC to make things easier for the workers.

T-Mobile is an awesome place to work at. I work with my colleagues who are now friends of mine. We celebrate every small thing we achieve. At the firm. With everyone! The positive atmosphere of this place has never made me to even consider taking any other offer that I have been receiving. I have completed 5 successful years at T-Mobile, which is something to feel proud of.

I have been an old employee of the IDC and it has always provided me with the best projects to suit my skills. But my greatest fear came true when I the company I was hired by through IDC had to cancel the project. All my relocation process was complete but the cancelled project was a stop in my plans and pay. But IDC took things in their hand and were responsive and cooperative. Within days they found a best project for me and I was back to start my project on time. I am very satisfied to be an employee for IDC.

I am a scene worker in an IDC contractor company.It hires a person for other companies. Basically,many of the companies hire third party HR companies for hiring employees for them. However, they called me and gave my interview to them. They were very humble and polite while interviewing me and they give a true respect to candidates who work with them
They gave me an offer letter and I accept it. It was my great decision to start working with this company because they always find the exact position for the person who deserves it. I am an account manager and work in a reputable company, where the work timing is accurate; I do not find the need to stay more than my working hours. Anyhow, if a company asks me to stay for two hours more then they pay me extra money for this. The staff of my company is very humble and respects each other. IDC always takes care of their employees and if you find any problem on the job, you can discuss with them as they can relocate the job as well. As I am contracted base work, last month my job was completed in the accounts firm. Therefore, now IDC has relocated my job with the new company in another city. IDC beared all the expenses in the relocation process and now I have been settled in the new job and it is also the accounting firm and my job position is the same which was in the last company. I am very glad the IDC has sent me the more versatile company and now I can increase my skills easily and add more experience in my CV.It is being a great journey while working with IDC and I have the intention to work with TATA Company in future. I always wanted to work for cognizant, but cognizant did not have its branch in the place where I reside. I was introduced to the secret by Rhonda Byre, I started believing in it and wished to work in an MNC company cognizant. I wished and dreamt for it for few days and then forgot about my insights and law of attraction.
After few weeks, a sudden desire of job change came into my mind. I applied for a new job online and spread a word regarding this to my peer friends too. IDC consultancy called me regarding a job. I was completely satisfied and was looking forward for the job. I had to relocate for this job, had to leave behind all my family and friends to take up this job. I was in major dilemma on whether to accept this offer or reject. However, I ended up accepting the offer and relocated.
But just before my joining date, they cancelled my offer due to some issues. I was stuck badly, I felt this was the worst decision I have taken ever. I was jobless and I cannot blame anyone for this. IDC supported me ensured a new job. Soon they came up with another offer, which was none other than from Cognizant. Yes, I relocated to a place where Cognizant have its branch and the best co-incident is they have a vacancy for my position too.
I decided that yes, this is best opportunity I am getting in my life. This is definitely law of attraction, I attracted my dream job through IDC. Guess what?? I got selected, I am an employee of cognizant today, having the cognizant tag in my hand while writing this review. This was one of the most amazing, weird and successful phase of my life. I was a content writer since my childhood, I started with blogging and then later during my teenage I became a professional part time content writer, however I was into the field of IT and performed testing, when I started my career. I was doing good, but not very great. During this phase also, the passion for content writing did not stop. Hence I decided that I should change my passion into my profession now. So I uploaded my resume which had a combination of both the IT experience and content writing too.

Within a short duration of time, IDC called me with an IT job interview, which I rejected immediately and shared my thoughts about looking for getting into a content writing job with a good pay scale. They said they will get back to me if they find any suitable job, frankly, I was not expecting call back from them. But they did, they found a suitable job for me with a good pay scale. I immediately attended the interview and it was obvious, I had so many years of experience in this field and so I easily got selected.

Now I am no longer into IT field. I work as a content writer, being passionate every day at work. I can easily spot the difference between working with passion and without passion now, I am glad I got this opportunity and I was able to switch to the work I love the most.

The work environment is really good here along with friendly colleagues. The pay is released on time every month, there are regular appraisal meetings and bonus shared among all the employees. I am glad and I am so thankful to IDC for helping me with a job and department change. This is the best change so far I have done in my life.

Hired, in 2004, I moved to Washington to work for TCS. Before that, I used to work at Accenture, in Atlantic City, but due to some problems, I decided to leave the job and started looking for jobs in my domain. I was not happy with my growth at Accenture. I got referred by IDC and got a job at TCS as a Software Engineer. But, soon it all turned into ashes as my contract with TCS was called off and I became unemployed within no moment. It was the toughest time of my entire life and I was shocked completely. But, what happened next was magical and got me back on the track.

I was contacted by IDC and ‘ensured’ that they will manage to get me a job within a month. I started getting interviews from the very next day and within no time I got lucky again. On 7th March 2004, I was placed at HashedIn Technologies. I would thank IDC for making up for someone else’s mistake. Before that I would explain why my contract with TCS got terminated. The manager under whom I had to work got fired due to some unknown reasons. Although it was the responsibility of the firm that they should acknowledge the mistake on their part and rectify it but, I got myself another job at HashedIn Technologies. And yes, I got a formal letter from TCS accepting the mistake on their part and explaining the reason for the whole situation caused.

Now after working at HashedIn, I consider myself lucky that I couldn’t work at TCS. HashedIn is an excellent company which handles its projects in an efficient way. It has a cool working environment and not a huge ‘crowd’ of employees. The projects assigned are very helpful in ensuring a constant growth of its employees. It has a very competitive environment, which is very important to make sure that the employees maintain their productivity. HashedIn pays its employees well above the industry standards. I have been working at HashedIn for more than 10 years and couldn’t be happier.

This is the first time I was looking for a job change, I got my first job in a campus interview during my last year graduation. I did not find any difficulty while getting this job. But it took a lot of time to get my second job. I had to upload my resume online, had to reject few offers, attend few interviews and then finally got selected in one of the company offered by IDC consultancy. The job profile which IDC suggested was exactly matching my departmental work, hence the interview was a piece of cake for me.
I had to relocate from my location to join this new company. After completing my notice period in my previous company, I relocated to this new location. However, just before joining the company, they called me and informed that the opening they had has been cancelled due to change in project terms. Hence they no longer needed me in their company. I was stuck in a very bad situation, I wanted a job immediately to survive. This is time when IDC staff members pitched in and supported me. They also worked hard along with me to find me a suitable good job.
They were successful in getting a call letter for a new job. I attended the interview, gave my 101% and hence got selected. Finally I had a job in my hand after 14 days of struggle, being jobless in this unknown city. All thanks to IDC consultancy and staff members, who considered my issue as their own and worked for me, to find a good job. Today I am very well settled with this new job. I am completely satisfied with my job profile, my salary, my work location and my work timing.

I was undergoing a lot of struggle at work. There was a lot of pressure and work load and very less resources to work on it. Eventually deadlines got extended day by day and hence none of the team members ever received any increment or appraisal. It was not my manager or teams fault, the work load of 10 was carried over by 3. I really wanted a job change soon, so that I can get the necessary hike, a different work environment and growth in my career.
Just like everyone, I uploaded my updated resume and was awaiting response. I got a few offers but I felt few were irrelevant and few were again stressing with high expectations and work load. After 15 days, I got a call from IDC consultant staff that was so generous enough to hear from my end and offered me an interview, job opening. He assured about the free work environment and the best part was the company was located close to my house. I felt excited for this job opening and wanted to work for it. Hence, I accepted the call letter and attended the interview. The job description and expectation was exactly the same as IDC employee said to me, I was so glad and impressed with the accuracy of the detailed shared by the IDC team.
The interview went really well and I ended up with a new job. For my previous job, I had to travel for 3 hours to and fro, but for this new company I just have to travel for maximum 40 minutes to and fro. I am completely satisfied with my new job profile and role, job location and salary. I got a really good hike and get my salary credited always on time.

They provided me with some amazing opportunities. I attended 2 interviews and I got selected in the second company. I felt really happy as the company sponsored all my relocation expenses. The company also provided me with a temporary guest house to stay until I found an apartment for myself. The apartment is close to my office and so my travelling time also is also cut down to minimal.
One of my dreams has come true, I always wanted to work for cognizant and today I am an employee of this organization. I am experiencing a very different life here. The work environment here is really good, work pressure is minimal, salary is shared on time and there is regular appraisal and promotion cycles. This new place has a different lifestyle which is also very simple and adaptive. The team is very encouraging and supportive. Everyone gives proper guidance, help and advice whenever required. IDC is the only company that helped me in finding the perfect job according to my skill. My first experience with the IDC was a little frustrating when the company I was hired for had to cancel the contract. I had to relocate and then the cancellation made me hopeless but thanks to IDC, they managed everything soon. Though it was not the IDC’s fault, as every day contracts are cancelled, people are fired, etc. but IDC still paid all my relocation expenses and found another, well-pay job for me quickly and within some time I had started a new job. When I decided to work with IDC I was incredibly hopeful that they could find me a local position so I wouldn’t have to uproot and move my whole family, plus I honestly couldn’t pay for it. When they said that they found me a great place that I would love, but we would have to relocate for it I thought that there was no chance that we could make it work. When my recruiter told me that they would do everything they could to make my move as easy as possible, and they would cover all my relocation costs, I had a discussion with my family and at the pay rate they were offering we just couldn’t say no. Being that I live in such small, rural community, I assumed that when I needed to find a new job, and wanted to start over with something in the technology industry, that I’d probably have to end up relocating to get a good job. The problem was that I didn’t know which city to go to since there is more than one within a fairly close distance for easy relocation. I was feeling lost and alone, until a recruiter at a company I was trying to get hired at recommended I get with IDC because they hire people they contract from there fairly often. I contacted IDC the following day, they found me a great job with a pay rate higher than I ever expected, I just had to relocate and they even covered all my expenses to move. Now I have an even better job as I’ve been hired on in a permanent position at Apple.

I was starting to get really disheartened and thought that I had wasted my entire education for nothing, until I found out about I D C and decided to call them instead of continuing to strike out in my own job search. When I started my career, there was so much of pressure in my work environment. All the colleagues around me were also competitive and missed on their helping nature for others. In November 2011, I was referred by IDC and got myself a job at a firm, where I had always dreamt of working at. Facebook. First of all, I should say this; Facebook is not what it seems from the outside. I know that most of the people, who use Facebook, think that it is a casual place to work at and the employees are always having fun, chit chatting and browsing Facebook the entire day. Let me tell you, this is not what happens at all. In fact, at times, we work even during the nighttime to make sure that our project is running in a smooth way. It has been almost 4 years and I work at Facebook as a Quality Assurance Engineer, and I look for bugs that exist in the system and find fixes for the bugs.

When I was employed at Facebook, for the first few weeks, I could not get over the fact that I actually work here. I was assigned my first project the very first day. And it was something that I would consider myself lucky for my entire life. My work under the project yielded me a promotion within 6 months. I worked with a whole lot of intelligent people, and most of them became my friend within a month. There is no ‘workplace politics’, which happens at almost every firm and the other associates are treated in the same lucid way as I.

The best part of working at Facebook is that they acknowledge the work you do. Even if you fail at some point, they put their faith in you and remind you that why were you hired in the first place. Hence, as long as you learn from them, mistakes don’t matter. Overall, I would say that Facebook happens to be one of the best companies to work at. We do work a lot. But that is what makes us the leader of all the social networking sites in the entire world.

I was placed in TCS in 2011, thanks to the chance provided by IDC. After being referred by IDC, I managed to get an interview at TCS for the post of a Software Developer. Being a fresher with no past experience, I was having a difficult time in getting interviews, let alone a job. While I was interviewed at TCS, I was clearly specified that the interview is for the position of a Software Developer only and no other position. Since I was a Computer Science graduate, I was more than happy to apply for the position. As I cleared the interview, I was explained about the company by the recruiters and the type of work I would be doing, after joining TCS.

A week later, I got my joining letter and I decided to start my career with TCS. For the first three months, I had undergonea rigorous training, which played an extremely important role in not only teaching me how to do the job, but also teaching me about the actual professional world. I was assigned my very first project the day my training got over. After going through the project, I got a feeling that it is beyond my skill set and this should have been the job of an experienced person, at least 4-5 years senior to me. Rather than worrying too much about it, I took the help of my team lead and started my work and eventually I started getting a hold of it. The pay, which I was offered was quite competitive, but most importantly the project which I was working under, played a major role in opening doors for other higher paying jobs at some bigger firms.

Working at TCS, I was gradually inspired to increase my productivity by my colleagues. I was looking for a job change and hence I have been searching online for various job opportunities. I was one among the shortlisted people, my profile suited the job opening and was confident enough to work out for me. I attended few interviews and got selected in 2 different companies. A few months ago I decided it was time for a change. I had been in a job for a long time, and wanted to not only get a new job but also wanted to make sure I was being paid better for my work. I am writing this to let people know about my relocation experience. Usually people consider the relocation option has very tedious and unwilling, but I feel this is not really true. My experience was really smooth and comfortable.
This happened when I applied for a new job, I got a call from IDC with a very attractive offer for me. But I had to relocate if I wanted to take up this offer. I taught a lot about it, then decided to take up the interview and then take pressure if I got selected.
I went all the way and attended the interview, there were 5 levels interview process, each took place one after the other and at the end I got selected. But my concern was the relocation part, I discussed this with my recruiters, I asked if there was an offer to work from the same location. But there wasn’t any, but the recruiters were very helpful, they offered a free one week stay at their guest house until I find a suitable place for me to live in.
They would also take up all of my relocation charges, now that sound very interesting to me, if I would not have accepted the offer, I would have missed on so many good opportunities like I am now a lead here, I have got experience in 2 different fields, made unbelievably lovely friends and attained success here.
The project I am working in can let me a huge salary hike in the coming future and if I even think of a job change, I will get amazing offers automatically from top MNC organizations. Well, all thanks to IDC, I would never have initiated for relocation if I had not accepted the offer from them and attended the interview. I am earning loads of money now.

I’ve worked with a few other companies like IDC before and I have to say they are a step above the rest. First of all they are not pushy and annoying. I don’t get call after call asking me the same thing by ten different people. Instead they seemed to listen to me, not just talk AT me, and really understood my needs in my hunt for work. I’ve had a few short term contracts that were not the best fit, but IDC made sure to make note of this and work to give me things more on my level the next time around. I wasn’t sure about working as a contractor through another company, but I’d heard good things about IDC so I knew that they’d take care of me and place me with a quality company that really needed my skills. When IDC had a place for me right away I was a bit skeptical, but it turns out that I really enjoyed the project that I worked for. From the very beginning the project description was clear and easy to follow, everyone I worked with was great and incredibly knowledgeable, and we managed to complete our project right on time. I worked for x company.I was applying for contracts online through my company.I got call from idc promising me to be submitted at a rate to client.Basically corp to corp to clients.They asked for my ssn,passport and date of birth.Guess what happened.They came back with the history of my immigration.Another point they ran everify without taking i9 form or without my permission.

Please understand this company does everification without getting the i9 forms signed by the contractors.They take the last 4 of your social security number, first name last name,date of birth,passport.They then run a everify with no permission from me.

This company in my opinion will be sued by me.Because now i know that they ran everify without my permission.Us govt privacy laws states that you cannot run a background verification unless and until u get the i9 form.So all it is required to be done is write a legal notice from an attorney to uscis explaining the situation and ask a copy of the everify they ran on so and so date.Then call them on court for abusal of privacy information....Dont ever deal with this company even for contracting...

Well, just like everyone else, I was also looking for a job change. All my friends relocated from this place to another and were in a position in their respective organizations. Just like them, I also wanted a good job with god position and salary hike. I applied for a job change online and was waiting for offers. It was 1.5 months already and I did not find any good offer which I could take up which also required relocation. I still had patience and within next 5 days I got a call from IDC for a very good position and package.
I immediately attended the interview and got in, I had to relocate just like all my friends. I was kind of excited for this and was looking forward to this. Just 2 days before joining there, they cancelled my contract with them. Yes, I am a contractor and I work on contracts with company. Due to some background issues, they just cancelled my contract and I was left jobless in a completely strange and new place. I was totally depressed and was left alone with no job.
IDC knew the situation and within 3 days they got me 2 more offers with almost same position and salary too. I had my fingers cross and attended the interview, I was obviously nervous as I wanted this job badly. By God’s grace I got selected and joined this company immediately. Who doesn’t have big dreams in life? The same way even I had, for many years I am using Google and was completely inspired by its service towards billions of people in the world. I wanted to be a part of this Organization and dedicate my work towards Google. I had 6 years of experience in Testing field in one of the MNC companies. I was working at offshore locations, after 4 years I for an on-site opportunity and I did not miss that. I travelled, relocated to New Jersey. After working there for two years, I was looking for a job change.
I followed the same general process and uploaded my latest resume online. After 7 days I got a call from IDC, regarding this job opening at Google. I was completely over-joyed after hearing this offer. I accepted the call letter and prepared, recollected and jolted all necessary information. There were several rounds held each was complex, at least for me. But however, I cleared and there the wording came –“Congratulations, you are selected.”. I was on the ninth cloud, I was already started celebrating inside my heart. But I had to relocate, I did not care about it, I relocate immediately. I was really surprised to see that the company had arranged 10 days stay in their guest house with all the necessary pamphlets and information ready for me to use. They also sponsored all my relocation expenses.
There are many like me who wants to work with Google, not for money, not for fame, but to be a part of this organization and work in it. Well, as I was hired as an employee, they gave me a really good salary package and team. I was placed into a project of my interest, the company was just constructed amazingly, it maintained a very friendly atmosphere, had many helping and encouraging colleagues all around. The salary I was earning wasn’t enough for my everyday needs. I badly wanted any other job with higher pay and flexible timing. I have looked for a job for 8 months and nothing really excited me. However, on this sudden Monday evening, I got a call from IDC regarding a job opening at Verizon. The job position and salary package were really good for me to take it up. I attended the interview and was selected for this position too.
The only problem or difficulty I had was I had to relocate to join this company. I was worried if my expenses will increase and what if I wasn’t able to cope up with the living standards of the new place. However, I spoke to one of the IDC staff members, and they helped me get out of this dilemma.
The company bared all my relocation expenses, provided me with a temporary stay at a 5 star hotel for 10-15 days. Soon I was able to find a house for rent, based on my budget and got settled there. For the best in my life, I got promoted to the next position with a very good appraisal.

I recently completed my MBA degree in human resources and was looking for a job change and field change to. I wanted to get into the HR field because I was always interested in managing people rather than work. Quite some time back I got a call from IDC and I expected them to suggest some company openings for me. But to my surprise they started off with – We are hiring for the position of HR.
I was surprised and excited too. I was just waiting for this opportunity and here I got it. I accepted the call letter and attended the interview. I was being interviewed by a recruiter for the position of recruiter. The interview seemed to be challenging, but I nailed it. I got selected and here I am recent new employee of IDC as a recruiter.
With my short yet amazing experience here at IDC. I would like to highlight this company and its services. All the employees here are smart, dedicated and helping natured. With constant intervals you get encouragement in the form of team meetings, bonus, incentives and promotions. Yes, there is no bars and limits, you perform well, you get promotions and bonus. It’s been just a short period, but I am confident enough to get promotion in coming appraisal. I always get my pay on time with every 2 week intervals which is just great when compared to other organization.
There is no limit on how much money you can earn here, it is completely proportional to how well you perform in your work. Therefore, anyone who is looking for a job change and wants to earn more money with an HR background can easily try to join this organization without a second thought. Your future will definitely become bright.

I just entered the IT field, and was very happy to be starting my new position at IDC Technologies. The hiring process went really smoothly, and everyone in the HR department was incredibly nice and always very helpful; answering all my questions and getting back to me as fast as possible. I’ve had an even better experience now that I’ve started my new job. I get along amazingly well with my coworkers, and there are no office politics or problems between people at all. I was welcomed in right away, taught what I needed to know, and I got right to it. I can always go to my coworkers with any questions I have and I know they’ll answer it happily. I am so happy that this is my first work experience; I don’t plan on going anywhere else for a long time!

I left my previous job due to a very hectic schedule and bad appraisal system. I wanted a job with flexible work timing, smart work and good appraisal system. While searching for jobs at various forums, IDC contacted me with a suitable job opportunity. I inquired about the company from them and felt interested. Therefore, I went to attend the interview on mentioned date at call letter.
The interview was for the position of SEO & Content management executive at T-Mobile company. All the interview levels went on smoothly out any pressure on me. The recruiters were very engaging and instructive. The question posed by the interviewer was relevant to the job opening, hence I was able to tackle them well. And guess what?? I got it! Yes, I was selected and that was the best moment since many days in my life.
I wanted to be clear about their expectation, terms and rules of their organization. The recruiters were kind enough to elaborate on each issue or concerns I had about my new job, expectations and responsibilities. After this complete discussion my salary pay scale was announced and I was highly delighted to hear that.
I have never had such a smooth interview process in my life with a good pay scale. Well, I really thank IDC for bringing in this opportunity to me. The project team was very interactive and the workflow was very simplified here. I was holding my review until the appraisal were out for my company. I gave 100% for all the work I was responsible for and was an active member of this company in my project and field. Guess what? I was rewarded for as the best employee with good appraisal. Got a great project that IDC found for me and explained and prepared me for. I had to relocate and I was fine with that. However, the company that hired me terminated the contract unexpectedly. "We had some unexpected management problems"?? However, IDC acted amazingly and besides covering the relocation costs, they've found me another project in few days in my hometown. I was really happy about it.. and I hope I will not experience any similar problems again. Thanks IDC

I've worked for IDC for 5 months. The pay was good and the management was ok. I had a good relationship with my co-workers and overall the environment for working here was always good. I didn't felt pressured, on opposite I felt like I was wanted. Too bad I didn't stay longer, I got a bigger opportunity last month. Just wanted to tell everyone that it is a great place for working. I just have had great experience with IDC! They were amazing in acquiring me my first project as a software engineer. Their support was great from the very start. The project description was clear,everything went on schedule and I knew exactly what was needed from me as a software engineer. The company I've worked for was good too. The salary was solid and I received it on time. This was very important to me. Overall I had great experience with them and I hope I will get another project soon. They are a great company.

I have worked on 3 project for IDC technologie. Two of them askef for relocation, 1 was local. I loved the opportunities they enabled to me. They provided me with great support in terms of stability and support. The jobs were pretty exciting and they pay was good and payed on time. Some of the negative comments here are awkward to me. I’ve worked with IDC on 1 project so far and it was good. The pay was on time and solid. The project description was fairly clear, the job was interesting and exciting and I've learned a lot. It was indeed an excellent experience from beginning to finish. What I also liked was the fact that the recruiters offered me great support. IDC has proven really professional in this project. I'm excited to see what comes next.

I worked in two companies, projects that IDC found for me. The first one was local to me and everything was well, but the second time I had to relocate. The relocation costs were covered, and the job was even better than the previous one. I was thrilled with how things turned out. The pay was great both times. The pay was slightly better in the first job though. They are indeed great recruitment company that cares for us the contractors. I’m awaiting my third job, this time it will be local. Excited.

There are several reasons why has been great for me. My pay is solid (slightly better than my previous employer) and I receive my money on every 2 weeks, which is important for me. I feel appreciated here, especially by the management. This is also personally important for me. The upper management respects any employee and I like the relations I have with the employees as well, although things could always be better. There are different incentives, the ones that perform well gets compensated accordingly, which keeps everyone motivated. There are a lot of people earning a lot of money because of that.

I also want to say that I work as a recruiter successfully for over 7 months now.

When I was relocated to the company that IDC found for me they changed their mind and canceled the job. I was left frustrated and not knowing what do... well for a moment! IDC covered the relocation costs and found me a new contract in 2 days. This wasn't IDC's fault, the other company was totally to blame for. However, IDC taken care of me fast. They have instantly found me another position and covered all of my costs for the relocation. IDC said that they can't do anything about it and I believe them. I liked how they still were able to remedy the situation for my satisfaction. True organized professionals!

I have worked on 3 projects that IDC had for me. I'm really satisfied of how things went with them. Totally reliable company with organized management and hr staff. They gave clear job description in each project and I know what is exactly needed from me in each project. The pay is good and my relocation expenses were covered in one of the projects as well.
