Personally opinion on hytech conssulting is that.. employer is good and trustworthy compared to other and overall fair enough in all matters. Will Help even though u r an ex-employee and always welcome to go back if in case leave hytech. Salary wise.. i really very fair.... and it also depends on us even how well we work with employers on terms and conditions. My personal experience... its realy gud.. Sometimes, some employees comes in Hytech and disturb the working environment so Owner,Ravi, should identify and make sure to keep all employees happy. Over all good company to truth and work on H1B and also Apply For GC.
     poor victim - 8/7/2013 - I have no idea about other consultants experience with Hytech. I had a horrible experience here..Stay away!!Nothing good.. they even don't bother about your situation.
Bad part is, They even don't know the difference bw filing under masters cap and general cap which lead to H1B denial.. they never allow you to talk to attorney personally..they have no concern with the consultant situation..didn't even call after the denial...they advised me to go back to India. how foolish..

If you get the project on your own that's it.. They say you have to talk to client and vendor to get client letter and vendor letter on your own..its a torture and you will be screwed

they think they are best in IT industry and they only doing the business perfectly
