commentHPE NGIT - IT division has worst policy for contractor IT staff, they dont give you desk, cabinet and you put your self at one place, next day Admin [Lorie CCA5] will throw you out with your stuff put on desk, cabinet etc even its your GOD. When you complain to your management or senior management they said, if any contractor has any issues with sitting arrangement than they should leave the HPE but they do not ready to help contractors and even they dont allow them to WFH than where they should sit? but rules are different based on where are you from? how you looks? if you fair, you might be get treated properly otherwise...Even Contractors are doing same or better jobs than full time employees. If you dont have self respect than join this company as contractor. Full of egoistic management.
