I have been working at Grey matter solutions for over 2 years and I can say that it is one of the best employee support company. There are many possibilities to grow. They will provide the opportunity to learn many technologies and flexibility in choosing it you wish to work on. No micro management, very professional and flexible. They will groom you to become a good consultant technically & professionally. Good pay and good salary hikes. Employees are encouraged to take training & certifications that helps the employee in their career. Grey Matter Solutions refunds the training & certification charges. They have good vacation policy.

They will ask you to sign in the contract, once you sign, you are never out of it. They will hold back your salary, if you switch employer and send attorney letter and drag you to court. You end up paying one year salary to them. They are very rude and use profanity.
