Please avoid this consultancy as it is fraudulent.

Both CEO Vishnu Mutluru and HR Anoosha are dishonest and only care about money.

First, they will commit fraud without your knowledge by applying for multiple visas. Once USCIS finds out, they simply ask you to transfer to another employer (consultancy), and even for the transfer, they demand a 15-20% commission for one year.

Secondly, they do not pay salaries on time, even when the client has made payments. They lack transparency and never process payslips on time, generating them according to their own convenience and paying salaries whenever they wish. Once you transfer to another consultancy, they will withhold your remaining payment and hold back 2 months' salary to prevent you from transferring. If you do transfer, they will refuse to pay you those 2 months' salary.

Thirdly, the HR department is a joke. HR Anoosha never answers your calls, and both HR and CEO Vishnu Mutluru never respond to your emails and phone calls.

You won't know anything until USCIS finds out and rejects your petition. CEO Vishnu Mutluru has defrauded many people, and now most of them, including myself, have either switched to F1 visas or returned to India. He even forces everyone to move to an F1 visa, and once they do, he simply withdraws the application.

This is a fraudulent consultancy, and if you want to ruin your career, go ahead with them.
