commentI am writing this review with a heavy heart on the last day of my employment with the company that i worked for 11 years. I have taken a full time with the client to settle down and cant thank the employment opportunity that i enjoyed over the past decade.
Immigration is always considered a hassle, especially with a long wait for the PD to be current, but working with a company that has in-depth knowledge of immigration and takes immigration related filing very seriously relives a lot of pressure and puts one burden out of the way.
It is important to make good money. Payment from Globalgate IT Solutions is always as promised, on-time with periodic increments even during economic downtime. Never in my 11-year employment history, i had to reach the management for pay related issues. The employees are always treated as family and always taken care during hardships in life.
AMAR is the go-to guy at Globalgate and he is always available for the employees. I am very happy to be associated with a great company that has not only taken good care of me, but also helped me secure Permanent Residency. I would never have left Globalgate had there been no location constraint to settle down in left.

commentWhen my friend referred me to join Globalgate IT Solutions, i was more speculative that he is doing this for getting referral bonus from employer by the way he was talking very high about this company. But it did not take much time for me to realize that what ever he mentioned was absolutely right.
Right from the moment the offer letter was given, personnel attention and care was given to get my H1 approved and they shelled out hundreds of dollars to answer RFE and getting expert opinion letter for which nothing i was not charged for. The rate offered is exceptional keeping me transparent and the benefits provided are topnotch, which includes health insurance, travel reimbursement and paid holidays. I could have just joined this company for their health insurance which is a killer deal past ObamaCare era.
I would definitely recommend anyone to join this company without any second thought as there are not many people you can find in this business. A definite 5/5.

commentI am posting this review on completing my 6 years employment at Globalgate IT Solutions. I joined this company during my OPT and later got converted to H-1B status. I got trained in Tibco BW, EMS and BE in the first two months of joining. The training was excellent and brought lot of confidence in me. It is now the reason for where i am in my life. The company has good contacts at the clients where they use the software and they placed me in one of their regular clients. Having known people around in my earlier assignment also made me comfortable.
The pay started with what we agreed initially and incremented every 6 months until we were in profit sharing 80-20 basis. The company has taken care of all my Green card expenditure and i got my I-140 approved now...waiting for my date to be current. Overall i recommend Globalgate to anyone seeking a better career & life...Thank you.

commentI am glad to write this review for the company that I am associated three years as of today. After finishing my Masters in August 2010, I joined Globalgate IT Solutions as entry level developer. The training was awesome. Even though my back ground is Computer Science, the concepts were new. The company trained us from the very basics and made sure we understand them to the core. The marketing was good and placed me at a client where the work environment was cool. Right now, I am at third assignment working as an Architect and very happy to be where I am.
The pay structure is very competitive and I am sure it is one of the best decisions in my life to join Globalgate IT Solutions. Thank you for guiding me through different phases of my career !!! 100% recommend this to others.

commentI joined this company after finishing my Masters in Chemical in 2010. I had no software background. I was given 6 weeks training and it was from the very basics. The last 2 weeks of training, i worked on real time project which really helped me. Later i joined a client where i am currently working from 3 years.
I really appreciate this company for giving me a quality career and guiding me through every hop in last 3 years. I definitely recommend this company.

commentI am working as full time WMB developer for Globalgate IT Solutions over past year. They have nice pay structure, pay on time and provide technical guidance & updates in monthly news letter by which we can be up to date with the latest technical changes.
Since i am GC holder, i do not know any of their immigration policies, but i heard they have 100% success rate on H1B approvals. Globalgate is specialized in providing Tibco and Message Broker developers to clients which happens to be similar kind of Middleware products and they do this job nicely.
I would definitely recommend this company for who want to purse their career opportunities in Middleware development.

commentI took training with this company last year. I am not from Computer Science background. Training is extraordinary. They started from basics and got me to the stage where i did mini projects in less than 6 weeks. That really boosted my confidence and i started doing projects within 2 months of getting started. Pay is also nice.
It's been little over an year since i joined them and they are doing what they promised before i joined. I am happy to be part of Globalgate. Definitely would recommend my friends.

commentI joined Globalgate in 2009, when recession was at it's peak. Globalgate offered me nice pay and having a job at that time really saved me from all the troubles i was facing. The pay was always on time and i did not face any difficulty when i was working at Globalgate.
I am now working as full timer with a direct client. Globalgate did not create any problem in letting me go and paid the entire salary they owed me. They also gave very good reference to the client i am now working with.

commentI came to know this company from a friend of mine and initially had doubts on whether to join a small company. But from Day 1 till today, i never regretted joining force with Globalgate. They never make false promise and they always treat every employee same way and as told. I get my pay check every month on time and legal issues are addressed in the right way with experienced attorneys. I have two of my friends working for Globalgate and they have similar opinion as mine.
