heard that former employees have filed complaints with DOL..anyone know what happened about those complaints...guess DOL will be coming back with another huge fine..

I worked 4+ yrs for this company, I got salary in time. But once you r in bench, you have to market urself, nobody is marketing seriously.
This company helped me a lot, but finally I got stuck in India and my GC scrwed up, even though I got VISA, just because as I suggested I transfet my H1B with Global Softech, which is wrost and HR's r really junk. If they change there HR, and couple of recruiters this is OK company.

they r not paying salary from March 2010. Many employee opened google group and talking about how to collect the salary from GCI. Very bad company Ramana and Kishore old CEO gone to India started Energy Company in india. Took lots of money from GCI and spent all of them on India-election .

They have not paid since April of 2010 and whoever says that he or she never had any problem with payments, is a liar.

I have not recieved my payments for month of June 2010 and they always say that payment will be done in couple of weeks, I am really tired with this company been with them for 6 years, and have never visited then for 5 years. Initally they were good but from last couple of years there are just delaying the payment. God knows when I will get my next pay cheque

I heard that this company abuses their employees, and arrogant with them. Putta is spending his money in producing telugu movies, andhra politics.

I rate this company the best in terms of paying the salaries and that too in time. I worked for this company before even when my client didn't pay them in time, they did ran my payroll promptly.

Globalcynex does not pay consultants on time. They do lot of fraud in calculating taxes. If you are not careful you'll end up losing lots of money.

Seems like Kishore Putta has sold the company.All GC applications are screwed now.
