commentI've been working with this company for quite a few years. They are very good with the services they provide i.e., training, marketing, client relationships, and visa sponsorship. Their marketing team is one of the top-notch and will get the placements soon if the candidate put the required effort. They pay on time without any issues. They specialize in Business Analysis and PM roles and maintain good relationships with vendors. I've not found any issues with them so far.

I've been at Genius Minds for a while now , and every single person I've met and/or worked with has been smart, kind, driven and collaborative. That has not been the case at previous companies I've worked. It's also clear the leadership team values employee input and actively works to address the feedback.
The people here are always looking after you.
Cons
No company is perfect, nor is every company the right fit for every employee. That said, I'd have to dig pretty deep to come up with something I feel strongly enough about to post anonymously on a website like this. I've read some of the negative reviews, and while those individuals are entitled to their experience, I definitely do not feel they reflect the culture at large. This is a wonderful organization filled with people who always willing to help you

commentI don't know from where to start, but ya i can say this is very worst company that i have ever seen in my life. Please watch out. this company makes fake resumes and exploits you. and they hold your visa. if they can't do anything by themselves then they can blamed you very easily. i literally wasted my time. Marketing people never received vendor calls,if they get bored during marketing time they can leave mail easily to us like i do have throat infarction i can't take any call so please do not give my number to the vendors, if they have mood not to work they can go easily on vacation on working days. so we can't follow up with them even vendor complaint me about marketing team that they are not receiving call for the rate part. People are very rude over there. "WORST COMPANY EVER'

commentTraining is mediocre but they place you well. Still they need to work more on different aspects like Back-end work etc.
