commentHere is my honest opinion about Franklin Infotech and the recruiters I worked with during process. I have been working with Franklin for 1.5 years and it has been the best experience. First, the company is very stable (unlike some others I worked for). I have also notice that salary compensation is very much better than most competing companies. My recruiter really worked with me on what I wanted and he made everything very easy for me. It has been a pleasure working with Franklin Infotech and would very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for change

commentI have joined this employer in 2015. They provided me with proper job-related training and guided me throughout my pre Job period. Their marketing team is so good and I got placed in IT within a couple of weeks of my marketing which is pretty rare with any other employer I have seen.
They filed my GC and the employer/attorney has taken care of all the documentation needed and the process was very smooth. All my wages have always been transparent and the culture is very good within the company. I highly recommend anyone looking for good marketing in terms of job search/good employer to join this company and feel the change.

commentWorking with Franklin team was very professional and helpful when it came to answering any concerns that I had. Team was proactively getting my resume across to many clients that matched my profile. I transferred my H-1B visa and I am more than happy with the decision I made to join Franklin Infotech Inc.
Finding another project is not something that will happen overnight but with patience and doing well in interviews you will find something very quickly. It offers good salary paid in full, green card processing after first project, premium processing and relocation after first project.
