They are very Professional, Hardworking and well aware of their business responsibilities towards their employees. The Leadership Team is in tune with what employees need and are always there to teach you and guide you. New ideas are encouraged and implemented. It’s been 19 years that I have been working in Fortek and it has proved to be a good experience for me. I have been able to develop myself both ‘personally and professionally’. Fortek is a nice place to work with colleagues and supervisors always ready to provide their support. Fortek provides various trainings to all employees like Corporate Etiquette, Time Management, Goal Setting, Email Writing Skills etc. These have been of great help in grooming and development."
The company's senior leaders have truly internalized the goals and objectives they have laid out for their folks. People feel appreciated and are recognized for their dedication and hard work. I had joined a project. However, client did not get budget approval and then Paul james asked me to leave the country. I have transferred now to other company.. All those who have been offered attractive pay package…. Beware

commentThey have no clients. Just few of their Internal people behave like consultants and act as a reference. after few months the project will lay off and you need to Leave the country ASAP and also you need to struggle hard for your payments. Their will be no prior information on such things.

commentIn the beginning, everything is good but over a period of time, the Top Management and some of the employees close to them start showing true colors. Beware. Salaries are not on time and majority of the times it goes on hold because it is their choice. For FNF, they will not give you any calls and false commitments are made of 45 days whereas in reality you actually have to go and sit on their head for weeks in order to get through. This review is just for the FNF side. More to come on the experience in a few days. Offlate, there have been many employees who have resigned and the company is having a hard time in recruiting new ones. PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. THIS ISN'T FAKE.
