commentI have seen many of the desi consultancies most of them will provide good accommodation and food but they will not give u the pay that they promise u before and they will not show how much vendor paying to u. But ez2 people will keep u in loop for emails of entire conversation with vendor including pay discussion with vendor. These people will give u pay in right time and h1b processing is perfect but extra things like food, guest house are not good. If u want ur pay in time as promised then u have to go for this if u want extra things then go for others.... choice is urs

commentHi Guys,
I joined this organisation month of June. I got placed in July.
1) You get placed very fast.90%of the time on the very first interview
2) Training is excellent
3) Support while on job.Any technical issues, I always had help
4) Payment received on time irrespective of when they get paid from the vendor

commentI have been working with this company since 2006 and never felt to look for another firm. The best part is salaries. It doesnt matter whether client/vendor pays/doesnt pay but you still get paid on time. I recently got EAD with Avco and still working with them.

Good Company -

commentI have had the opportunity to work for this company the last 4 years and they are a very good employer as far as H1B employers go. They take very good care of their employees and ensure all processes are legally approved. In the recent turbulent H1B approval situation, they managed to get only 3 denials of the several petitions of extension/new H1B. All 3 cases were later approved through a different petition after corrections through the same company. It is hard to come by such good employers these days.
