My experience with EkthaSol has been pretty good and I like to work with them.

HR and Admin team have been very prompt and accommodating my requests. No matter what I need, they are willing to go above and beyond.

They have a prompt Bi-weekly payroll system, which has been very smooth.

H1B processing is very firm and clean, they make sure our case is been handled well with the attorney and follow up with 100% transparency. They helped me with couple immigration questions by reaching out to their attorney.


They are pretty accessible over the phone/email, if they are occupied they make sure to get back to my needs by the EOD.

Cons:
This one has no Cons to report till date, a bit more paperwork to fill than usual.
