commentBy far the best Employee-Employer relationship compared to other consulting firms. Bharat responds to all your emails (Sometimes he gets busy over phone calls) and do appropriate action on your concerns on time. He never delays responding to problems. Entire staff personals are VERY PROFESSIONAL. I am loving working for DotCom Team so far.

commentEthically driven company. People in the management are very patient and professional. Never had any issue with payroll in my last 4 years of being their employee. Less intrusive in your day to day activities but very helpful when you need any assistance. You can easily get a hold of any one in the management via phone/mail who are always ready to address any of your concerns.

CEO, Bharat is always reachable and will never hesitate to answer the silliest of employee's query.

commentVery good company to work with. I worked with them for more than 4 years, I had to join them just before my 6th yr of H1 and Bharath has taken care of my perm and other gc process promptly and could help me obtain my GC. On time payment and prompt response from the management most importantly immigration is well taken care of on time. Its very hard to find such a professional and honest H1 b employers these days.

commentI have been working in Dotcom Team for about 5 years as a consultant. (Came to know about them through a friend of mine who assured me that they do have clean records and they do all immigration related paper work on time).Never got disappointed with my choice.
Has a nice management team, who are good,transparent and responsive to your queries and needs.
(And most importantly never had any delay on paycheck)

commentI've read many of these reviews and the positive ones tend to be spot on. Truly DotCom is a great place to work.
I have been working with Dotcom team for about 2 years now and the entire team is very professional and helped me whenever needed. Sriram has been very very helpful and it was my pleasure to work with him. I strongly recommend Dotcom to anyone looking for new opportunities or change employers for good.
If you're looking for a position that awards and recognizes success DotCom is definitely a place you should take a look at.
Work hard, do well and you won't have much to complain about.

commentI have been working with DOTCOM TEAM since 2006. Management is very professional in every aspect. I had no issues with Projects, Salary, Paycheck or Immigration.
1) Pay's on time. Never missed a payment since 2006
2) I never had a Bench period. They care about you and give you the support and guidance to make the best impression! They work fast with the Clients to get you the projects and keep you posted throughout the entire process.
3)Provides very good Health Insurance benefits.
4)Has excellent Legal advice team for H1B Visa &Immigration matters.

2. CEO is accessible any time and responds directly to you
3. In last 8 years I have been working with them, my paycheck has always been very prompt, never had any issues
4. All the legal matters are always taken care in time, promptly and diligently
5. CEO is always open to hear our concerns related/unrelated directly with the employment
6. Not only the CEO, Dotcom Team staff is also very prompt to answer back our questions
7. Company always fulfilled their promises
8. The lawyers Dotcom team works with is also very responsible and prompt.

commentI have been with Dotcom since 2009. From my earlier days to present - the journey has been very professional and satisfactory. All employees (have been reachable at all times, and have responded in a very timely manner. Pay is 100% on time and I have no hesitation in recommending them to someone who wants a no-hassle experience. Overall - I consider myself really lucky to be a part of this organization and am really excited about what the future holds for it...

commentI started working at Dotcom in 2009. It's a great company who really care about their employees & for last 6 years I enjoy working here every day.
Dotcom has really transparent/ honest process and ethical way of getting things done . The leadership / management takes care of the employees individually and make sure that the all are happy both professionally & personally. I really appreciate the on time response, Excellent communication/ Professional commitment etc which differentiates Dotcom from other IT/software companies.
The Legal & immigration team is experienced and the H1 Transfer / Renewal / Amendment / Green card etc on done at timely manner/without any issues. Dotcom also offer medical/dental insurance from one of the largest network provider in US. They pay bi-weekly which always gets deposited in my account every 15 days (No hassles).
My friend who worked for Dotcom for more than 10 years referred me to Dotcom and I referred few of my friends. Most of them previously had bad experiences with their employers, but now I am glad that they are all happy with Dotcom. I definitely recommend Dotcom to anyone who wants to be a part of a honest / great Team which grows in a rapid speed !

Dotcom team puts strong emphasis on compliance, employer-employee relationships & employee satisfaction. It is professionally managed with bi-weekly pay checks and year end bonuses.Well established HR and marketing departments. Top of all, it is run by a charismatic CEO gifted with excellent leadership skills, integrity and communication.
In layman terms, as a consultant you'll never have to worry about your salary, immigration and work visa related matters.It's all taken care for you. Most importantly, you'll be treated with respect.

commentI have been with dotcom team for almost 5 years now. They are extremely professional and very satisfactory. I have had absolutely no issues with Salary, Insurance, Timesheets, Visa processing, Green card etc. They always pick the phone and reply to your emails immediately or within a reasonable time.
I see all kind of horror stories with my colleagues and their consulting companies around me. I was fortunate to have found Dotcom team and I also helped a couple of them to move to Dotcom Team and they are really happy now.

commentIn Dotcom team very thing is professional,things will go smoothly as promised and no need to follow up on anything.Their immigration representative will take care of all visa needs, we no need to remind to them. Dotcom team salary is very prompt with direct deposit. They do all what they promised.
