I have had the opportunity to work for this company from last few months and they are a very good employer as far as H1B employers go.

They take very good care of their employees and ensure all processes are legally approved. In the recent turbulent H1B approval situation, they managed to get H1b transfer approval with in days of time. I really appreciate the team of DATA SYS IT, Inc who worked on my case to get an approval. I really recommend this team if any one is looking for visa transfer.

Recruiters were knowledgeable and helpful.

The top management are very nice to build a relationships with both clients and consultants which has been a huge factor in their ongoing success. They always have been in touch with the candidates while they were in the project, their HR team use to call on weekly basis to make sure that we are not facing any problem at client side. They always go an extra mile to ensure that we are not having any problem & the assigned work is being completed or not. These all things bring a very different than other IT consulting companies in USA.

They stand by their promises and take good care of their employees. It is hard to come by such good employers these days. I look forward to work with them for many more years.
