commentI joined them almost 3 years back and I am happy to be with them. They pay on time every 15 days, process H1B extensions/amendments and GC processing on time. I referred my 3 friends and all of them are happy. They stick to their promises. Their India marketing team is good, but their US marketing people are excellent.
On the negatives side: They stick to their promises, but, its hard to get them agree to new promise. One of their attorney is not good, but, they work with other attorneys who are good.
Overall, I am quite happy here.

commentI have been working for this company for more than 2 years. I agree on other reviews that they pay salary on time. If you are on percentage basis, the rate is too low compared to other employers, but as that was what I agreed upon, I don't have complaints on this. But, I was told that the rate will be +5% if you get high pay, which would never happen. You will never get a hike whatever the consequences are.
You will be disappointed when you see your paycheck.
If you have any queries to employer like needing any documents or updates in payroll I am sure you will have to keep following for months. They will never pay attention to what you are asking. (It took 90 days for me to get an employer letter, with 2 lines statement and 4 payrolls to update STATE when I moved to new job)
The employer would promise you to return your security deposit when your H1B is filed. I never got this even after 2 years of my application.
Overall, I would say that this employer is only good at paying you on time. You will be disappointed on everything else.

commentI have been with them for a couple of years for now. The way theydealt with the H1 and documentation etc., was very professional. I liked the folks Resource Manager,HR and Immigration. They helped a lot and were returing calls and emails as and when needed. They generate proepr pay slips through the Paychex and there is no hiding in the salary what we get. We discussed our percentage and things look good for a long stay.

commentHello, I'm with COUGAR TECH Inc for the past 2yrs and I'm happy with them. The most important is they pay salaries on time and I used to get fast response for my queries from company employees.will send to face-face interviews when you are in salary basis with company own expenses. They provide health care benefits too. This company is very good for OPT/CPT students and they provide training in various technologies. They have a office where consultants can go for studying or take vendor/client calls. How sooner will you get a project depends not only on marketing but also your efforts to crack client calls.
Finally, It's best company....

commenti was impressed by the owners spending extra time with me to answer my project questions.. CEO and his partner are very experienced themselves. hard to believe they spend 3 hrs non stop with me on a sunday evening... i joined their company 3 months later, and quite happy with everything... great team. no surprises like my previus comp....lol
