commentThey wasted my 4-5 months of OPT period is this process of training and mock interview before pulling into the market. Most of the times there will be no one to clarify your doubts
They offers you to make a 5 years of experience on resume. If you say no, they say don't have any position available right now. If you don't have projects, you don't get the salary showed on agreement. If you want to leave, you have to pay 7000$. Once get a project, you get $45 per hour for Software Developer roles and $35 per hour for Business Analyst roles. And you will not get the first month salary after you join the project. Consultadd doesn't give promotion even I work for couple years. I am so disappointed that the salary in W2 form is higher than the real salary. They keep another 2 months salary in case you lose your project and give you as backup salary. The health insurance is expensive, so lots employees don't buy it. Don't trust the green card sponsorship. The green card is already in your fake profile in their marketing.

I joined as a fresher here. Please don't join this company and waste your career. They put 2 years bond and spoil employee career. Always they will work with the old technology. There won't be a process at all. They treat employee as slave. They pressure employee with multiple task. Not even a decent pay. They make employee to beg for a hike. No on time salary. Worst leads and manager. Poor management. Very lazy response from Hr and finance team

commentSuch a FAKE company which asks its Employee to provide good rating's on all the social media.
They pay $45 per hour to Developers and $35 per hour to Business Analyst.
I would not suggest students those who are on OPT EAD to join them, because of current COVID pandemic they do not have any requirements and they provide false hope as to will get project soon.

INTERVIEWS - They are the one who give's interview on behalf of the candidate. For video interview they ask candidate to LIP SYNC
Why would you want to work with such company who FAKE RESUME, FAKE INTERVIEW PROCESS?
I doubt CEO of this company as well as people working for this company has CONSCIENCE.

commentI am an international student on OPT. I jointed this company in December, it has been 6 months they have not find me a project yet. Because of this company I have to go back to India. I went into depression, I did not have money to survive in USA. They keep telling we will help you find a job but they wasted my 6 months. I hope KARMA will get them for destroying students life

commentWorst Consultancy ever. They do not find projects on time. They keep marketing, my personal experience has been worst. I was on bench for more than 5 months. They keep saying we will find client soon but all fake talks. Beware they go by company name - Consultadd, Pythonwise, Netresolute, Ioneq etc.

Honest and Unbiased Review of Consultadd - A Really Good Company that does not treat its employees like another bodyshops -

commentFirst thing you would notice about Consultadd is not typical consulting company, I like the way they operate, My experience has been super positive. Right from recruitment through project end, everything was smooth. Immigration wise, I think they have an extremely knowledgeable team that handles visa related cases. Each time I had a question, I would get a reply within a day or two max.
One time, I was laid off of my first project due to unforeseen circumstances but Consultadd makes sure it is known well in advance which gives you enough time for a transition. I was able to get a new project within a week!
One Bad thing is that there's a risk of visa withdrawal if they don't find a project after a month from your current end date but it's communicated clearly in advance. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
I have worked for more than 4 employers in US and all of them either Didnt pay of time, had no one to answer the phone calls, Had no increment and always willing to steal money.

commentThis review is not entirely positive and I am not a current employee of consultadd. But I was asked to write a review of consultadd on myvisajobs.
I was more than 2 yeas with Consultadd. Overall the staffs are very helpful, friendly, and professional. I never had to worry about any managerial things. Mostly team is in India with Few people working from NY and TX office.
After first six months, even though the project was not sure to end, I requested to apply for the new projects and got few interviews. They have big marketing team, so getting project was no problem. Most of the projects are atleast 6 months.
The most important part for me was immigration as an F1 student. They have a very good team of immigration experts. I have never heard of any other company who does Green Card so early and smoothly. My GC was filled after first 12 months. My billing was fair and I got 6 month increment.
They pay monthly which is a problem but my payroll was never delayed. I started with 32 and went to 62 in my 2nd year. I moved to client after my 2nd year and got same salary of 120k.
Overall, I have very good experience and recommend anyone to join this company. If Anyone has better company let me know.

Applied H1b Twice, RFE, NOID and Finally Good News -

commentConsultadd Inc. is not perfect but it at-least is company small enough to handle you personally. I applied my h1b twice and it got picked in 2nd time. I got a RFE and then Intent to deny, But team didnt just hired an additional attorney they got my case approved. I am finally on H1b.
The immigration department and the recruiters were amazing. Bharat helped me with the immigration and explained the whole process before joining the company. Any question about the immigration, he is always available and explains it in detail. They are very transparent about the whole process right from the H1 application till it gets approved.
The recruiters were great too. They help you find the project which fits just right for you. They pay attention to every candidate and check the progress with the on going assignment. My manager was great and she used to meet me regularly to see how things are going on and keeps us updated with the changes going on with the company.
Recently, I had great experience working with their new immigration specialist "Asha Madan". She is more than awesome and had in-depth knowledge on immigration process and all related matters. She handled any situation very calmly as considering current Visa situation many visa candidates may get freaked out.

3 Years with Consultadd - Pros and Cons -

commentI worked with Consultadd for just shy of 3 years and my experience has been fairly decent.
1. I have always been able to reach out to my Legal Team representative as well as my recruiter (which changes based on the current project)
2. Consultadd sticks to what they say upfront - rates, fees for different kinds of filing, when they would start GC processing etc. is very well laid out - helps avoid confusion
3. Consultadd does not complain, rather it facilitates if a client wants to hire you; and they don't ever cancel an approved I-140
4. The people at Consultadd that I have known were pretty easy to work with
5. Consultadd does provide a few days leave, based on the state labor laws; also, every client holiday is paid for by Consultadd as an 8 hour working day (so, these are like paid holidays); Consultadd was also pretty good about paying the overtimes
6. Medical and other insurances were decent, comparable to similar consulting companies (and much better than run of the mill small consulting companies)
Few things that could be disadvantageous
1. Location - one needs to be flexible, given that Consultadd has clients all over the US and that they stick to the USCIS guidelines in terms of revoking H-1B petition - again information is provided upfront even before you join - so, it's up to you to understand your constraints and the risks
2. It could be hard to get a pay raise if you are with the same client for multiple years; but while moving to a new client you generally get a raise (I got a decent one)
3. As is usual in the staffing world, Consultadd does not take care of your career progression - you have to curve your own growth path

commentLot of Negative review means company is certainly not for everyone, I had good experience with Consultadd Inc, and So far its is one of the best staffing/Consulting company that I have worked in, It has impressively helpful and cooperative recruiting and immigration team. It's clearly seen that Kforce's main motto is to place their consultants in the job ASAP and solve all the visa related concerns.
I would like to thank some people but I wont mention full names because of privacy, Most of the recruiters are motivating and supportive. "Richa T" is a friendly and cheerful recruiter who helped me a lot in bringing new opportunities and submitting me for those roles. So that I could purely focus on preparing for an interview. Likewise, "Ayushi N" from immigration team with whom I worked with is talented and well-knowledged professional on the immigration-related part. She helped me from the beginning during my onboarding process and to answer all my visa related questions. Any time if I have any doubts I call her or leave a voice message and she will reply within an hour which is quite impressive and appreciable.
I am very excited to be a part of Consultadd family and I have also recommended my friends to join Consultadd.

**YOU WILL BE MARKETED ON H1 / GREENCARD ON A SOMEONE ELSE'S SSN AND BIRTHDATE NO MATTER WHAT YOUR RECRUITER OR MARKETER SAYS**
**MBA GUYS SPECIFICALLY STAY MILES AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS**
1)They operate under different names - Consultadd, Consultadd INC, Consultad Incoropration. ALL of these are the same company. When the USCIS get wary of their malparcticies, they register under a new name.
2)They will promise you H1, OPT extension but WILL NOT DO IT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PROJECT AT HAND WITH THEM. Example: Your OPT is ending in April. Unfortunately the project that you are working on gets pulled off or you get fired. You have 3 months left in your OPT. In this case neither they will market you again nor they will file your H1 or give an OPT extension. Basically, you're screwed. TWO OF MY FRIENDS NOW HAVE TO GO BACK TO INDIA AS THEY WERE ENROLLED IN MBA AND CANNOT FILE FOR EXTENSION. CONSULTADD PROMISED THEM H1 BUT THEN DENIED AS THEY WERE ON BENCH.
3)They will promise you a rate of $25-$35 initially and say that it's open to negotiation. Once you give them the deposit of $250 you're done for. Your rate will never exceed $30/hr.
4)They will market you on H1 or Greencard with 7-9 years of experience and make $70-80/hr and give you not more than $30/hr. After 6 months based on your performance which will be rated by an uneducated recruiter, you will given a rise of $5/hr. You marketing resume will contain technical skills and tools that you never came across and THERE WILL BE NO TRAINING PROVIDED TO YOU FOR IT.
5)The support that they promise is a joke. My support was technically sound but could not help me except sharing some links that contained user manuals and guides for the tools that I had to you. NO LIVE SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER. THEY WILL ONLY SHARE YOU LINKS TO ONLINE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS WHICH WILL BE OF 1000+ PAGES. GOOD LUCK READING THEM

BULLS**T MUCH? YOU WERE NOT WORKING FROM 15TH OF FEB SO YOU WILL ONLY BE PAID FOR 1ST OF MARCH TO 15TH OF MARCH BUT!!! THEY HOLD 80 HOURS OF YOUR FIRST PAY. SO TECHNICALLY YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THE FIRST MONTH. Your next pay cycle runs from 15th of March to 15th of April for which you will be paid on 30th of April. SO, TECHNICALLY YOU WILL GET PAID IN FULL 2 MONTHS AFTER JOINING THE PROJECT.
7)THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY TRAVEL / ACCOMMODATION UNDER ANY CASE. YOU WILL BE SPENDING 1000-2000 DOLLARS JUST TO GET TO THE PROJECT LOCATION AND WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL 2 MONTHS. MAKE YOUR CHOICE WISELY.

commentFirstly, People who had a negative experience are biased. I have been with Consultadd Inc. for 4 years and gone through 2 h1b amendments in total. I had decent experience overall. My previous employer was scm data. they were shut down because of h1b fraud. (you can google it). I have done my MS from NPU, which also lost its accreditation. I was still able to get H1b through consultadd and legal team was very helpful. It's correct they don't have external lawyers but the legal team I have worked with is very helpful and have dealt with all the rfe's that i have received in the past.
I am only writing positive things here because honestly, all the negative things about this company is very small and petty.
Also, they have never asked me a single penny. its illegal to ask money for h1b. keep that in mind before applying, obviously for people who have paid money should go to uscis & dol to complain but I am sure that there is no way they would take the money and still be in business.

Read this if you are planning to apply H1b from them.
All the 5 star reviews are written by their own team, don't trust on them.
Your case won't be handled by a attorney, they have their own inexperience legal team, which will be preparing your case and they don't know how to deal with the H1b petition, off-course you need a attorney for that and ConsultAdd doesn't want to pay higher fee.
When they file the petition, they will mention the fake project in it and USCIS will reject it.
Here is the trap and this is how they earn money from innocent people who want to apply for H1b, they will ask for the security deposit from you and will show you all the processes in a very professional way, but at the end USCIS will reject the petition and then ConsultAdd will say now we can't give you money back.

commentConsultAdd wasted my 2 months time to start just the training for Business Analyst though I followed accordingly what they have sent to me in the email. I confirmed that I will attend the training and I have send the required documents too. Still, they said illogical reasons to start my training. They keep on changed their words. They changed three persons of contact for me for just training and told that their company has undergone big changes. Don’t believe them. It’s waste of time. You don’t even get the training even waiting for 2 months. I just wasted my time because of them with out training. Don’t expect soft spoken people from ConsultAdd.

commentConsultadd is Very straight forward never in my communication with team, I was not given false hope or taken money as others have claimed. On the contrary, I offered to pay for my wife visa and they denied saying they cant take any money for filing visa. Others on myvisajobs are being stupid. Never pay for visa to anyone. If you deserve it you should get it properly. Dont expect to get visa without proper documents including client letters, contracts and your most importantly education. I like consultant for being transparent and direct company. Sadly they are not doing lot of visas any more. I believe thats good, we need more companies like consultadd. If any one has issue just add me on linkedin, I am on consultadd’s visa for 3 years plus without any issues. All my extensions, and amendments are filed properly.

commentI had files my H1B visa through them for 2016 from Pune. It is a body shopping company. I had deposited 1,30,000 Rs with them. The condition was like if I don't get selected in lottery they will refund 75% of the amount and there was bond period of 1 year. I did get selected in the lottery, but the documents that they had filed supporting the evidence for vacancy did not go well with USISC and put my case for RFE (Request for Evidence). ConsultAdd refiled and USISC rejected my case as they found the vacancy to be false. While all this was happening, I was trying to contact the manager Bharat Bhate over phone. But he never picked up the phone, he did not even answer my emails. They did not even bother to contact me and inform me that the case is logically closed. They did not ask me for settlement of my deposited amount and I have not received back anything. I would not recommended ConsultAdd to anybody. Don't loose your hard earned money with this fraud.

commentMy H1b was not picked in the lottery. I filed again next year and I got it. both the years consultadd employees were honest and I had no issues communicating with them. Over all a very good company if you are looking for h1b.

commentMy visa was filled by Consultadd, we had issue with client letter and vendor not helping, I am grateful for Consultadd team and lawyers. I was in bad shape, cpt was going on and I had to goto college every weekend. Wasted time and money, I was lucky that I got visa, they deserved a review and I really feel happy that I went with ConsultADD.
