I am currently employed with Clear Thought Solutions and below are the few merits of joining this company:

1. You will be trained by certified professionals.
2. Employees will be accommodated (with all amenities) in the guesthouses until they deployed to the client locations.
3. Marketing is completely outstanding. Marketing head is always reachable for any kind of issues 24/7.
4. Marketing team always look to improvise your chances by keep tracking your profile submissions.
5. The managers are at your beck and call, and you can reach them anytime either by phone or email.
6. Relocation Assistance/Financial assistance will be provided if needed.
7. Supportive staff.
8. Great place to begin the career especially for someone who doesn't care much about the pay (still they work with 75-25 and you don't have to bargain at all).
9. visa processing is very smooth. 10.provided me with employer letters,vacation letter and all travel documents while traveling.
10. Last but not the least,Marketing team and Legal team is pretty strong which is the main concern these days.

Clear Thought Solutions is one of the professional consulting companies to work in Research Triangle park (RTP). They pay salaries on time, process things as per USCIS regulations. Their staff are highly experienced and professional.

This company is very good. They provide good training and also accomodation. They take care of the consultants very well and do their best.
