I am with these people for almost 3 months now, but our interaction started a year before. I have had very good help and support in India till from the offer till my visa interview. They are ready to help anytime its just that we have to be clear on what we need.

I very much appreciate these people who stick on our mutual agreement/commitment between us, unlike other consultants. They do what they agreed for.

I am good and really appreciate my decision on going ahead with these people on my H1.

I have been working for them for the past 8 months. They are a small company, but they are really good. The management is really good, and i have seen that they are very legal in all aspects. They pay me on time, and whenever there is any change of my job location and all, they were very prompt in updating the status. If i compare them with most of the big multi national companies which i worked for, i had a good experience.

The training of this company is worthless. Most of the time the trainer just asks you to Google stuff and even the sample code he gives you is from Google. The trainer never cares about if you are actually learning anything. He only talks 5 - 20 mins, 1 or 2 days a week. Most of the time not learning much and not doing much. After 30 days, they will stop the training no matter what and just ask you to falsify your resume. All the references they provide are fake. They won't give you H1. Skip this company if you don't want to screw yourself.

Those people are lying about everything, starting with giving fake references, experiences, and even they don’t pay you your salary, if you are an international student don’t believe them they wouldn’t support you at all in your visa, actually they trap you with the immigration
