commentI just finished 6 yrs. with Chelsoft Solutions Co. and feel proud to be a part of this awesome team. I worked as a Lead Recruiter there and feel blessed to have a team like this. It has been an emotional journey for me. Since, the company moto is Help people lead happy families, I have seen everyone in the company move in the same direction. That is what the owners believe, and they have sowed the seeds in the roots as well and that is why you see long relationships being made. The team here is an “All Star Team”. Different departments work very closely with each other, they respect each other’s work and space. commentMy experience with Chelsoft Solutions Co. has been nothing but positive. They are genuine employer, all terms are very clear, they do what they say. Pay is on time, benefits are better than most companies out there, management is always accessible and willing to listen to you and they have and good marketing/immigration team and network.

commentI have been working with Chelsoft since 2014 and it's been a great journey to say the least. The team helped me transition from onsite to work from home during Covid quite effectively. I particularly commend how the team handles H1 renewals which became a nightmare for many with the changing political landscape and never-ending tweaks to rules and regulations. I personally never felt overwhelmed during these testing times and that's a testament to how effective the Chelsoft team is. Another major quality I like about them is the open line of communication. The response time is almost immediate. I would like to congratulate the team for a successful decade and looking forward to working with the company for years to come

I am working with Chelsoft Since 2 years.
Its hard to trust people in new country, Chelsoft gives you sense of Security and all help & guidance we need.
I never had a single issue on payment term , they are always on Time. Rather they receive it from client or not they pay us on time.
end to end process is purely Lawful, transparent and clean. (People who are looking for proxies, doctor visa's, Fake employment letters you will end up with disappointment, dissatisfaction & frustration because Chelsoft solutions Co. go with US laws.)
They are Very helpful.

commentIf you are looking for a contracting job, partner with Chelsoft Solutions.
Just to give readers a context, I have been working with them from last 4 months. From meeting first time to landing a job was less than 3 weeks. Got multiple interviews during this period.
Pros:
(a) Kiran and the entire team at Chelsoft really cares about you, listens to you and works on your behalf to help you find your next job.
(b) The network that Kiran and team has built over the years is hard to beat. It gives you the head start you need to find your next job.
(c) If you are looking for transparency, guidance, support in the entire recruiting process, you will get it with Chelsoft's Team.
(d) Payment has never been issue.
(e) They offer health insurance, 401k, life insurance, short / long term disability insurance.
(f) Frequent calls and cares about you following your placement on a regular basis.
I had a chance to meet other employees as well in our team outing and most of them are happy working with Kiran and his team.

commentI completely agree with another victim who left an amazing review about this horrible company.From the person who owns the company to the marketing folks everybody behaves as if the consultants are their slaves. The way they talk, the way they ignore the consultants and treat their consultants is absolutely ridiculous. Feels like slapping each one of them
(especially marketing arrogant ladies) and want to remind everyone in the company that "EVERY PENNY" they are eating, using and letting go in the bathroom is from their consultants.
I have never seen such a greedy person and once your money is with them, you have to become an official begger to get it back. The owner comes up with stories and on the spot thoughts to take money from the consultant itself. He changes his stance from time to time and whenever he wants.Before the interview he talks in a certain way and after the interview he talks in another way and also even if you get the job he comes up with various stories to not pay you and he won't hesitate to eat your post digested matter in public. Never seen such a shameless greedy person and never seen a person who eats his own and others post digestive matter for MONEY. I do not know how he sleeps at night by treating others like the way he treats.Please stay away from this company and go through the mental trauma the rest of us are facing. I have never seen a chameleon in the form of a human until I met the owner and run as fast as you can from this company. There are many consultancy agencies where they can help people with visa and jobs. Please think twice before taking a decision and don't be hasty. I am saying this as I don't want anyone to suffer like me and like my friends. I am glad to have left the company and everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
NOTE - The 5 star reviews in this site are from his own marketing arrogant ladies itself. Please don't believe them.

commentI have been working at Chelsoft Solutions full-time for the past one year and till now I haven't faced any issue with them. Kiran is really supporting and guides me really well.
Recruiters and marketing team are very friendly. They prepared me really well for the interviews and shared all the guidelines to be followed. It really boosted my morale. It is a great company to grow your career and have several opportunities to learn. Also, they always pay me on time which is really great.
I personally recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a change in the career. There is not a single negative thing which I came across the in the past one year and I am treated like a family member which is really appreciable.

I would "NOT" suggest Chelsoft solutions which is in Kansas, Olathe. I had worked with Chelsoft for more than an year and I was bound to stay with this person who never cares about his employees. All he needs is "MONEY". He is a lower grade person who doesn't have ethics, always runs behind "MONEY". Never supports employee (SELFISH to the CORE). I was not paid properly for the work which I did, (if assumed I deserve that, fine) however I worked for first three months without getting paid which is his normal practice. The rate which he offers is always fixed and is between 30$/hr - 35$/hr. Even if you have an experience of 5-6 years or more (be it in functional or technical domain). One thing he is good at is convincing people for which reason firm is still running.
I advice that choose any employer who is sensible and has enough courage to assist you in "NEED".
****Strong advice:Think before getting employed with this firm.
He never gets satisfied with his greed ("MONEY"). He should learn some basic ethics before he ruins himself. I pity him on his behavior and work culture.
** I request to change the work style and culture. Respect Employees ( your living , bread and butter are earned by them ). Don't ever play with the careers & life of people who approach you when in need. Be responsible and be "HUMANE".
**He is not an ethical person, I am glad that I got an opportunity to transfer from him. I am sure he will eat anything (be it post digested matter) for "MONEY".
** This is the beginning of his downfall if he continues to work in the same way.
