commentThis is my Genuine and honest review. My name is Kumar. I have been worked with Carman solution since 2 years.
The CEO of this company, don’t even have manner to talk with his employer. He uses very abusive language and unprofessional behavior. After waiting for 2 years, asking ceo to provide the documents, HR,CEO,Mani(marketer) did even responded to my emails or phone calls. I sincerely requesting to think about before joining this company.
This the worst and horrible ever company you can see in US.This company will say that there will file your Perm/GC process upon transferring your visa, when it times comes to file Perm there will say that, It will take 1year to intitate PERM, after waiting ONE year, when you to fill the PERM, he first ask 6000$ to file perm, and don’t even provide any kind of documents or proof of filling the PERM. His company has only one person which acts like CEO,HR, LEGAL, Marketing Team.
He wont give you money for your working hours and always says that company does not have money to run salaries.
If someone is working for this company then one should not care for his/her SELF RESPECT.
Disadvantages:
1) Waste of your time and Money.
2) Doest pay your money.
3) Does not provide documents.
4) No proper communication or response.

commentI have heard lots of good things about Carman Solutions
Group. Sure, any time anyone leaves a company, they will remember all the
negative things they encountered, which it seems is being done here.
You can have positive and negative thoughts, but the main thing being, this is
a reputable company that is not willing to take risks with visa holders and
their status. They don't break any USCIS rules, pay for everything in premium,
and initiate GC faster than any other company out there, all while providing a
very solid annual salary.
careful not to get greedy with the first project's salary though, because as
stated before, they will NOT lower salary after first project.
Make sure you work with a recruiter who knows the process well.

commentHere is my honest opinion about Carman Solutions Group and the recruiters I worked with during the process. I have been working with carman for years and it has been the best experience. First, the company is very stable (unlike some others I worked for). I have also noticed that salary compensation is much better than most competing companies. My recruiter really worked with me on what I wanted and he made everything very easy for me and my family. It has been a pleasure working with Carman and would very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for change. I wish that all companies in the recruitment/staffing industry were as easy and helpful as carman and the recruiters.

after my last job when Manikanta from Carman Solutions reached out to me. I quickly
got an interview with a client and the offer followed soon.
My immigration situation was a bit tricky, since, already a
few weeks had passed since the end of my grace period on H1B. Sadie from the
immigration team on Carman Solutions helped navigate the challenges unique to
my situation, and I was able to swiftly get back on H1B status with her help,
without any hurdles. I think they are a A* team and deserve much praise for

commentI am H1-B visa holder that transferred to Carman Solutions Group and it was honestly the best decision I made. Carman has been 100% honest and does not treat you like those other companies (Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, etc) I have work with those companies and I have friends who worked with them also and they do not compare to Carman Solutions Group.
I joined Randstad about 9 months ago and my friends have been with Carman Solutions Group for about 1.5 years and working all with the same recruiter. We were new to U.S. and he took care of everything for us.
The key is to work with an Immigration Recruiter person who knows everything about the immigration side and can help guide you down correct path. The recruiter has been like a mentor to be and my family and has kept us safe and secure through everything.
I highly recommend working with Carman Solutions Group!

commentNever even try to join this company or in other words this company should be the last option that one should think. When they want to recruit you they promise you like anything. In-fact you can not even imagine their promises. But once they start the process then you will see the other side of the company. Initially they respond to every call you make and every mail you send. Sooner no one answer your call and days pass on they even dont reply to your mail.
They naturally lie to you about visa/GC processing. They would delay intentionally.
Doest not provide any documentation and even won’t pay your salary.
I have lodged a complaint with uscis and Department of Labor in USA so that in future, carman solutions LLC does not flourish in USA . The culprits are Purushotham Kukati.I hope they are investigated by USCIS and DOL and prosecuted.
