Care it Services, i feel very positive & comfortable working for this company.
I joined here as F1-OPT and they provided me a job in just 2 months & i got my H1B approved as well and still working with this same consultancy from last 4yrs.
They always pay salaries on time and they have excellent legal team who helps us in every aspect about visa filings & extensions.
They have a strong marketing team and excellent vendor connections.
I'm excited to work for this company & to recommend, because of its Process, work culture & supportive work environment.

A Genuine Company with good track record.
My experience with Care IT Services is very positive.
Right from recruitment through project end, everything was smooth and having experienced Immigration team.
Each time I had a question, I would get a reply within a day or two max. I was laid off of my first project due to unforced circumstances but Care ITS makes sure it is known well in advance which gives you enough time for a transition. I was able to get a new project within a month and always Pay's on time.
I would definitely recommend this company for who wants to grow there career with the best employer.

Care It Services Inc, New Jersey is a Fraud Company, This is the worst company to work with. They Never reply to the email or calls. They see your name on caller ID and never picks up the phone. Very Bad in fulfilling requirements and relationships with its vendors and if you need something they will never answer you. They are greedy people for money. They will take your money to process H1B and then they don't file your H1B properly. Don't waste your hard earn money and more importantly time and chance of getting H1B.

They does not provide any proof of application or rejection letter (if rejected). I repeatedly called them and sent them email reminders but they will not reply, since they have nothing to share back. Please Please never trust this company and do not give them any money.

They got money orders for attorney fee. Now They simply say lottery was not selected. Going to take action against these people legally and put them in jail

I processed my H1B visa with Care IT services in the month of March, 2015. The prospect was so nice before the Visa fee payment, once the USCIS lottery started I was notified only once through e-mail. A month happened, no communications were received, I started requesting for the updates and they seldomly reply me. Their offshore team is worse and they are good for nothing. I came to know only by July that I'm unlucky that my profile didnt get picked up in the lottery. I was not provided with any proof like returned case packet, courier tracking number, case documents prepared by attorney and nothing. Finally, I-129 receipt was provided and not sure that's a original one, because I can prepare one from the available formats in Google. I LOST 60,000 INR and was left with no proof, just a verbal communication.
     Ram - 2/24/2016 - File a complaint about these company on Department of Labor(DOL) and USCIS in US. You can submit complaint thorough online or mail. Law enforcement will take action, at least they will keep this company under their radar until to take action. Please help others. - flag
     Kiran - 3/31/2016 - If any company gets money to process H1B, most causes, they are doing many mistakes. Mostly they submit lot of fake documents to USCIS & other law enforcement agencies. Nowadays without client purchase order, getting H1B is very hard. If any consulting company makes fake purchase order then that is a biggest mistake and USCIS wouldn't tolerate. If you feel, this company is involving this activity, as other post suggested, please send a complain to USCIS & Labor department(DOL). Inform your indention to this company. They will mostly cooperate with you and pay your money. - flag
     BA - 11/27/2018 - Usually, this type of employers will be totally wrong people. Their contract will be extremely hard(completely one-sided) and they will not pay you properly. They will do all games to stop you to approach law enforcement at any cost. You will lose your money, peace, respect and they will always blame you. Just read their contract first.
