Here is my experience with CovetIT / Adept Consulting / S3Vision

I received a call from HR (India), long discussion regarding job opening and employer expectations, scheduled a Video Interview with Venkat and Shiva.. for senior role. After an hour long interview, salary negotiation.. I agreed to join within 1 week however HR called me and said the following.

1- Are you willing to sign a Bond for 1 year employment - I said Bonds are not legal in India as far as these types of roles are concerned (it is only for MNC, US based organizations for IT related jobs)

She did not respond or never send any Offer/Appointment Letter.

- no formal job description ever received by HR Sanvi from official email id even after asking for it a few times.
- no office operational in Hyd or anywhere in India due to covid- No office address - is confirmed...
- company doesnt open salary account, they do direct transfer of salary into your existing account... Well if the company exist for 4-5yrs they should be opening corporate bank a/c for its employees to transfer the salary.
- CovetIT has only 5-10 total employees as on Aug2021 as verbally mentioned by one of the Interviewers... however I DID NOT FIND THEM ON LINKEDIN OR OPEN WEB...
- Nobody showed their face during Video Interview.. HR has not mentioned anything on her linkedin profile what does she do etc.
- SO ANYTHING TO EVERYTHING IS ON WEB.. LIKE ITS A GHOST COMPANY. they want your commitment however you may not know who you are working for and whether you will get salary on time... whether is this company legally formally registered in India or not.
