commentI have never wrote any comments so far. but I couldn't bear any longer because this employer is one of the cheapest employer.they will keep a part of your salary in the name of bonus and they pay you after 4.5 months. in my 3 years of history they never paid me the salary on time. they always delay your salary and send your check by normal post which would take 2-3 business days and few of my checks were filled with water during snow nad I have to wait for the new check.. they have no morals, ethics and they don't care about you at all. All they want to make money with you. ********NEVER EVER THINK OF JOINING WITH THEM!!!!*********** don't put your life in danger with these guys

commentThey got me an opportunity with in a short span of time and they are very transparent about the process. Having good talents in Marketing team and they get project promptly upon completion of current assignment where rarely they keep us on bench but not more than couple of weeks. They work through preferred vendor most of the time but that does not affect our rate expectation where they get what we need as per the market.
Being well established in the market they don’t do direct deposit which a negative. I saw some initiatives taken in recent days to fix the direct deposit problem but I’m not sure how far this is going to be taken care as they have promised the same sometimes back.

I am an employee and they wont run your payroll if you are going out of the project and they will hold your 3 months money as bonus and they will not pay you forever. they keep holding your money so that you will become liability for this. Do not ever join with them and trap yourself like us. they are not going to do any single promise they make and they don't care about you at all -

comment1.They are going to you send an Email to agree that you need to join with them immediately upon LCA. They don't care about getting the visa transfer approval or your old company resignation process. All they want to make money by using you.
2. They will pay you by check and they are going to send check every month by 5th -7th. by that time you will go mad by with all your bills
3. They are ONLY going to pay your LCA. they will hold your remaining 80% of your share and they will pay you in every quarter which they call as discretionary bonus. which means that they can either pay you or not. trust me ! they did not pay me my 80% of money for 4 months
4. They will not even care about you or your family when you are not in a project and they will never help you to get a good project as they don't have any direct clients
5. Their attorney is not going to respond to you if you get a RFE. they will file your RFE on the last date of submission and they make your life misery
6. Their legal team is one of worst team in the entire company and they will never respond your emails.
7. The list will still go for days. If you ask all the above , they will simply send you a termination notice. NEVER EVER THINK OF JOINING OR VENDORING WITH THEM!!!

commentThey are horrible as an employer. I was referred to E-business by my Recruiter who had a C2C contract with a client. This was my first contract position. And I had a bad experience with them in the first week itself, where instead of paying me the agreed rate they said we will hire you as a full time employee with 40000(yes, 40K) less than what the contract pays and rest will be paid as a bonus every quarter. They had no reason to convince why the arbitrary 40K difference was chosen. But I thought maybe they know better. Then, they started mailing me checks only for a monthly salary which would arrive only after 5th of the next month and sometime even 10th. I tolerated them. Then, once, the check they mailed, bounced because of lack of money in their account and my bank charged me $35 for that, which I still haven't got back. And to top of it all the bonus calculation that they send had some horrible calculation mistakes where they didn't pay me for one week even though they got paid in full. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!
- 8/29/2014 - Don't worry. I heard from reliable source that DOL is investigating the company actively. Soon they will bite dust. -

commentcompany is good, You can join. they have policies like MNC's. they have strong marking team and attorney. they pay salary by check(which is bad but they send check ontime, does not matter if they receive money from the vendor/client or not), health insurance okay.

They didn't hold any money for that. they did GC in EB2 as promised verbally. but yes true the salary is made by check every month. -
